Do yourself a favor and go to a different bank. You'll thank me later. The staff here should be replaced with AI soon and things will be much better.

Dennis is fantastic- he assisted in some unusual banking needs I had and made sure to always follow up and answer any questions. He was a great resource and I was grateful for his help!

Moving to Dallas from a small town of <3000 people had me skeptical of a true banking relationship. Precious small bank was very personable. My recent visit and interaction with Denis at this branch proves that he actually cared and was really genuinely wanting to help me. Got my transaction completed and my new card ordered. I will continue the relationship there as well as with Denis. Hopefully he stays at this location/Company. He's a diamond in a sea of coal.

So grateful for Justice, Jose, and the crew here. They opened a line of credit for me in an instant without me even asking. It was a lifesaver when I was back down to zero pennies. Literally .... waiting on my liquidated ira check which finally arrived :-)

This branch never fail me, right now Denis Robben, the best Branch Banker I have the pleasure to deal with, fixed an issue I had that even customer service couldn’t. Trust your small branch people and overall Denis, very efficient, professional and helpful. Thank you!

As a business owner with complicated accounts that seem to always have issues, Kevin has made my banking process seamless and much easier to manage. He was professional, prompt and an overall great guy. He’s been extremely helpful since moving to this location and has been a contact I know I can always reach out to. I highly recommend other business owners to have Kevin and BB&T handle your accounts, they do a phenomenal job. Very friendly team. Thanks Kevin!

We have been banking for our business with BBT for the last 6 years and they were good till they went BAD. The manager we worked with resigned and then came new people who hardly recognized us or our business. When we needed to refinance our Commercial Property Loan, we approached the manager and he worked on our papers for almost 3 months and then guess what he resigned and no one in the bank knew what was happening with our loan. They asked us to restart the whole process and so we did. They kept asking us to send all papers and when all was done, they vanished for few weeks and then after following up every day, finally today they come back saying loans was declined. We started the process 5 months ago and we get a negative reply after 5 months. WORST SERVICE EVER AND CANT WAIT TO CHANGE BANKS.

This is my favorite BB&T in town! It may be tiny and hard to find but it's worth it. I've always had great service and they've even helped me out in a pinch w deposits Thank you, BB&T

When this bought The local Citibank branches my banking experiences went completely down hill. The set of service feels so outdated and incomplete. The website is not professionally designed, and is lacking functionality. The bank Reps don't understand all the services for customers that moved from Citibank to them. The fact this was not my choice was frustrating but I tried to maintain, I had to finally close the account. When I did so they did not fully close and as I was trying to transfer all electronic payments over I missed a couple because they were not capable of helping me figure out the drafts and they continued overdrafting costing me exorbitant fees! It took several months to fully close this out! Don't use BB&T it's better to store money under your mattress than this bank!

I have an acct that seems to be turning into HAD. I called for help, while being a cust before they were named BB&T and the response I'm getting back from cust service and branch are very much so lackluster. I don't sense the importance of the customer or the willing to assist or help. Yes, I understand policies and procedures, but I also understand customer satisfaction and that's not what I'm getting. I called one number and got the voice-mail and called another and that person I called is who I was transferred to. At this point I am confused and wandering if they even care of customer loyalty. I may be going to another bank and just close both accounts. Saddened After speaking with a manager and their manager, YES, I'm closing my acct after being apart of this "financial institution" for over 3-4 years. I'm not satisfied and I won't introduce anyone else to this organization. I tried speaking to them without reaching out to corporate, but I am going to at the number provided 1888.628.3926 which was given to me by Shelly Bird Birdwell (supervisor at contact center) Omar nor Eduardo seemed to be able to help or look beyond the screen and realize customers are not numbers. Today I opened up a savings account at BB&T & it was such a nice peaceful bank & very clean and put together. Vanessa Lozano helped me on getting my new saving account and she was such a great help, she's friendly and very talkative. ðŸ‘🻠for right now I can only give it 3 stars because I haven't gotten to experience their company just yet but we shall see, hopefully it goes well, but by far it's great!

If you blink you'll miss this BB&T branch location. I was just moseying down Greenville and almost missed my turn. What's weird about this location is that you can use the drive thru window to have a teller complete your transaction but the ATM is attached to the building. So you drive through the drive thru and ignore the people at the window and drive a smidge past to use the ATM. Shouldn't the ATM be on the outer drive thru lane? While it's convenient to have this branch on Greenville, it's sure to be a cluster when it's rush hour and people are trying to navigate the drive thru or simply join the drive thru line in such a small space. The location of this bank is convenient but that's about it.
