I really like this bank. I just wish they could have been open through all of this but I understand. I think that they are open now.

Drove all the way from Tulsa to do some banking. They don't have any BBVA locations in Oklahoma and I needed to get some stuff done. Made a lobby appointment a week before. I didn't have to wait when I arrived. The lady helping us was great.

One star is far too generous. BBVA is the absolute worst bank in all of the United States of America, therefore certainly the most atrocious bank in all of the DFW area. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

One star is far too generous. BBVA is the absolute worst bank in all of the United States of America, therefore certainly the most atrocious bank in all of the DFW area. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! No one can ever help you, and the worst part is that they will LIE directly to you and try and convince you that you need to contact another department for assistance. That department will then tell you that they do not have the authority to help you either. "Michael" at the location on Mockingbird Ln. told me multiple times that I would have to call "customer service" to make an advance payment on my account. LIE. Furthermore, if you have an exchange with a BBVA employee and they don't like you ("Michael") they will refuse to answer your call when you try to call them back. The only way I was able to get someone at the branch to answer the phone again was by having customer service call them on 3-way. How pathetic is that? I had a 3-way call with Michael and customer service, and customer service flat out told Michael that they are NOT the department to help me. (Again, I'm just trying to make an advance payment.) Even after being caught in a blatant lie, I didn't get an apology or the standard "I am sorry for the inconvenience." No, instead I was told that the only way to do business with this bank is to come into the branch in person. BBVA is incredibly inconvenient, unprofessional, unknowledgeable and ill-prepared to service their customers.

Inside poor customer service....Maria Cruz was the representative. Im so for sure it was because I am African American in Highland Park area. My bank card ans valid ID in hand! I have NEVER encountered such service with BBVA .

This particular branch is just not as good as the other location I have been to. I was explaining that I wasn't pleased with being charged $3.50 for using another bank's ATM, when the BBVA ATM is not working. The man at the bank decided to lecture me on how many alternatives I had, such as drive the opposite way that I am going, to another BBVA branch. All I'm asking is that they remove the $3.50 fees. Don't need to be lectured by some bank manager flunkie. Thank you.

I agree with the other review, the ATM rarely works and I'm not sure that anyone in the bank has the motivation to make the phone call to get it repaired. I have banked with Compass for 20 years and I use this branch because it's close to my house. It's the only reason why I use it. It is always under staffed, the tellers are rude, the service is terrible and if there is ever anyone that is actually good then they don't last. They have an unbelievable turnover of employees. The bank interior is tired and should be updated.

The 24 hour ATM is always broken. Out of the 5 times I have been tried to get cash, 4 of the times this machine is it of order. Why doesn't anyone get it fixed?

ATM is always broken. Having to drive to 3 different locations to deposit cash is a little disappointing, considering switching banks over this issue
