The rudest people. Non helpful . This location needs to totally replace all of the staff . The ATM hardly ever works . I have been a customer since it was compass . Never had a problem with compass . Looking for a new bank.

Great customer service!!! Maria, Rodrigo and Melissa are so friendly and make us feel welcomed. The branch manager Hilda is always loving and inviting. The whole team always goes above and beyond to exceed our expectations! We are so grateful for the smiles and attention we receive everytime we visit ❤️

Worst bank this location don't have$1 bills for business customer. I had this issue 4 times when I ask for $1 bill they say it's in the vault and manager is not here or they will say we don't have.

This is an awful bank! They have hidden charges for just about everything!BBVA would let one deposit a check without the amount of said check in ones account. They charge $6 to make make a deposited check to be immediately available. I live check to check and "nickle and diming" account holders is not a good practice for the public that helps keep them in business.

This bank use to be a BBVA now is a PNC BANK and I have been waiting in line for service for 20 minutes. This is ridiculous of the time you have to wait in the drive thru. Close the drive through completely and just open indoor only. Does not make sense in having us wait this long. Just because they are attending customers in side as well. Very bad customer service. Same company PNC bank on Hillcrest has the best service will never come here ever again

This bank customer service is zero! They ignore you plus slow working progress. Mostly speak Spanish in this branch therefore they focus on the Spanish speaking ones. They never care if you sit or stand or how many hours you got to wait. The male banker Daniel is so rude and care less how long you stand to be attended. He is so unprofessional and I will never want to work with him. This branch is 0/0 in customer service.

I am disappointed in BBVA. My mom passed away and so I sent Bbva a copy of her death certificate. I have power of attorney so I was in Charge of both my accounts as well as my mothers. I have been taking care off all of her affairs. As soon as BBVA received my moms death certificate, BBVA placed a freeze on the total relationship causing checks to bounce, credit card payments and mortgages to bounce, they cancelled my Bill pay, blocked my ATM Pin. They would not answer any questions at the branch level. They told me to call this one person names Vallerie. Well I called her for 30 days and not one return phone call. I told the branch that my moms estate was in a Trust and provided the paperwork. They scanned and sent to this big collard green eaten Vallerie Stokes....No response. The Branch then told me that upon death the I am no longer the Trustee and that I'd need to go to probate, I said Trust was formed to avoid Probate and how can I take care of her affairs when u all placed a freeze in all the accounts causing late fees and negatively impacting my credit score? Even if that were true what does my money have to do with my moms money? U can't freeze my account just because my mom owed a debt on a credit card which she has been paying the entire time. U cannot cause my mortgage payment no bounce because of a freeze. Vallerie Stokes needs to take the pork chop out of her mouth and do her job!!! She did not contact me one single time in one month. The Branch was no help. Customer service was no help, per transferred multiple times. No one took any ownership. No help at all. No call from Vallerie Stokes during such a difficult time. She could care less regarding money needed to pay for funeral arrangements and such. This is how they treat their customers that are going through such a difficult, stressful time while mourning the death of a loved one. All they cared about was collecting a funky debt which my personal money had nothing to do with! Had Collard green Eating Vallerie Stokes would have called, I'd be happy to set up some type of resolution or discuss a payment in full, but no call. Just frozen accounts. This bank is Trash and I am pursuing a legal suit for financial damages, and negatively impacting my personal credit, and to Fire Pig feet eating Valleries non performance of her duties). And May sue her personally in civil court.

This branch always goes above and beyond for their customers. I've had the pleasure of being helped by Jacqueline several times. She takes the time to get to know you and help you in any way she possibly can. Jacqueline and the rest of her team always give their best and always greet you with a smile. Definitely would recommend coming here for your banking needs.

Lowdown: If you don't want to operate those hours just change the closing time on your doors and Google maps.They close early! Very nice! Banking at its best!So one branch in University Park closes 20 minutes early, another branch in cleburne doesn't want to cash one of their checks. So I come to this one in Dallas with plenty of time to spare. After all they close the bank at 5pm. After a 50 minute drive this people decide they want to ignore the schedule they post on their doors. If you don't want to operate those hours just change the closing time on your doors and Google maps. You can see the time stamp on my photo with the gps coordinates, it was taken at 4:59pm
