I needed a document notarized, I am a customer, and I work nearby so I stopped by to see if they could assist me. They refused because it was a Department of State document and in their opinion, it was a conflict of interest. We are talking about a passport document that I needed a public notary to confirm my signature.

Beware taking out any loans with BBVA. The business banker I worked with is Adan Flores is absolutely terrible and I regret taking a loan with this bank. I’m in the process of filing a formal complaint for the financial harm they have caused.

BBVA issued my new debit card with my maiden last name even though my account has my married last name. After various rude and unhelpful customer service representatives over the phone and even a shouting match with the manager at the Garland (75044) location, I called this location and Ray was my saving grace. Instead of giving me the run around, he made things SO seamless.. so easy and I am happy again. Thank you Ray for all that you did! You are appreciated!

Do not apply for a mortgage through this place. My client did, was told he could close in 21 days and it is now the 42nd day!!!! The loan officer lies, he ignores calls and emails and keeps stringing us along day to day with more lies. The buyer is filing a formal complaint..Even the head of the dept showed no interest in helping us. Terrible service and they do not deserve the fees they are charging. I had to put 1 star to post but not deserved.

Often slow AF. No drive thru, 2 ATMs though - 1 safe to use at night kinda. Nice staff, but why choose BBVA with their crazy ATM fees and regional limitations when you can use a national or international bank with free ATMs on every other corner and no fees? After 20 years I can't say I have received any benefit to being their customer, only slightly less money.

Beware of ATM Deposits. Once they take it and see that the written dollar amount and the digit dollar amounts don't match, you cant get it back.They process for the written word amount. At least a "person" would point that out, the machine will not.

Had a 930 appointment. Was there on the dot and was in and out in 15 minutes. Everything was prewritten and very professional. Everyone needs to follow their example and overall stress and anger would be reduced considerably. Especially in the approaching Holiday Season.

If you want to be profiled, taken through different chains of command AND have your account frozen then bank here. MICHAEL the lead teller — will be sure to say that you look suspicious. No one here cares about customer service or getting an issue resolved.
