Heba Al - Tameemi was extremely welcoming and did her job extremely well! Fast and simple, got in and got out. She helped me with what I need and I left satisfied!

This bank sucks! , Too much excessive fees they charge customers. Will charge you a fee transferring money from your BBVACompass account to your other local bank account. Will charge $38 for Insufficient funds while my other bank charge less. I switched to a better bank with less excessive fees. Not a good experience with their excessive fee charges.

During a divorce, a yacht was financed here under duress bc my abusive ex was forcing me to sign for it. Regardless, then during the divorce this wealth management division for months refused to give me documents on balance, payments, anything related to the yacht. Yet when the doctor- my ex quit paying and allowed it to foreclose, they then wanted me held accountable. They continue to help my ex hide assets. This location caters to the Doctors many who get their loans here for shares in local heart hospitals, but do not act in appropriate business practices with. Others. Shame on you.

I really do not know how to rate this because the service I have gotten from Brian Elliott at this branch has been stellar. The service from the company has been subpar at best. I opened an account and everything was moving along fine. Then I get my first direct deposit and the wheels fall off the cart. I used the card to pay for a few things early in the day last Thursday and I stopped by an ATM that evening. That was the last time I have been able to access my account. When I called all the call center could tell me is that my account was locked out. Finally I find out that I needed to go into a branch and provide address verification since this account was setup online. Sounds simple enough right? Well I go in and Brian was awesome from the start. He sent in the documentation I provided and we found out that was not good enough so I brought back more. Then we were told it would be 24-48 hours for the card to clear. As I write this the card still is not clear. Brian has bent over backwards even making sure that I was able to get some cash out of my account to get through the holiday weekend. Normally I would have flipped out by now and gone off on someone. But with Brian on the case I feel confident we will get resolution. Today we talked probably six or seven times and each time he was patient and kind, which I have grown to expect from him. There was a deposit in limbo that posted this afternoon and they posted the charges I made on Thursday which indicates there is activity on the account and I am hopeful we will be back on track tomorrow. The question now is will I stay with these folks or leave? Truthfully I do not know. If I do stay with these folks it will only be because of the service I received at this location. I wish I could give the branch five stars and corporate one. The banking system can be frustrating and the reason I left my old bank is because of the poor attitude and service. I am leaning towards hanging in there and seeing how it goes simply because of the service at this branch.

WORST BANK EVER!!! They have horrible customer service and shut your debit card off over holiday weekends with out any notifications because they think its been compromised. Mind you no transactions have been suspicious. Please if anyone reads these don't ever open up an account with these people. They offer no benefits even when you are a "Preferred Customer"
