I bank with BBVA and have had problem after problem. When you call in to the customer service number the wait time is always an hour or more. Yes they do have the option for them to give you a call back but again an hour or more longer that you have to wait to talk to someone about an issue that is going on right then and there. So to be told to wait another hour or more is extremely frustrating. When and if you do get a call back the problem still never gets solved. You talk to agent after agent not getting anything resolved and it's leaves you with a feeling that no one cares and the thing that goes through my head is the company does not believe in... First Call ResolutionIt's quiet ridiculous!!!!No one wants to help they just say let me get you to the next person or if you do get a rep that doesn't pass you on to the next rep right away. You will get an agent that you explain your entire situation to they try to recap what you just told them and it's nothing close to what you just explained. It's frustrating and it makes you feel as if your getting pranked. Because it's obvious that they are not listening. This bank is horrible from the customer service to the ATM machines that hardly work and if they do you will get the feeling your using one of the first machines ever made. It's extremely slow when you make a deposit which is completely unsafe even in a nice area and it's just not as up to date as other banks machines. The only reason I tried to keep my account with BBVA is because of it being located directly across the street from my house. But at this point I want nothing to do with BBVA and will not recommend it to anyone!!! As soon as I can get my direct deposits changed etc..I will be closing my account! Sadly, I had to give at least one star so that I could post this review. But honestly I wish I could give them no stars because they don't deserve any stars based off the repeated horrible experiences with this bank !!
