I recently had the pleasure of working with Blue Hammer Roofing and the team, let me start by saying this was the easiest process I've ever experienced. Starting with communication with Pedro, he made this process so easy to understand and work with. After every conversation with him I was never left with any unanswered questions. His communication was key to this process. Moving onto day of installment, Nick and the team could have not done a better job, from letting me know the process the day before, from keeping me updated with texts and pictures of how the process was moving throughout the day, to the final product! They did not leave my home until everything was complete and approved by me! This whole process was much better than expected! I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with! I recently had the pleasure of working with Blue Hammer to replace the roof on my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. The team at Blue Hammer was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain the entire process to me and answered all of my questions in detail. They also provided a detailed quote upfront, so there were no surprises when it came to pricing. The actual work itself was done quickly and with great attention to detail. The team was on-time, worked diligently throughout the day, and left the job site clean and tidy at the end of each day. I had a really great experience with blue hammer roofing. During the installation they provided real time updates as the job was progressing. They were also thorough with the cleanup. The initial service and communication was great but everything changes once you have signed the contract.The repair was mediocre at best and the clean-up work is bad. The nails left in the gutter flushed down to the drive way and I ended up having to replace a few tires.Then they will call you relentlessly trying to get the insurance payment out of you even during holidays.There are definitely other better options out there.

Everyone was super nice and cooperative as well as knowledgeable of every situation that occurred and how to handle it with the least amount of distress to us, the homeowners. I don't think I could have handled all of the grief from hurricane Ian without their help and guidance. The company and the employees who worked with us did an outstanding job. Thank God.

We recently had our entire roof replaced by Blue Hammer Roofing. Eddie guided us through the process of getting our roof replaced from getting our roof inspected to installation - including working with our insurance for our claim. Ryan was on site the day of installation keeping us abreast of the installation while actively addressing the little challenges that inevitably come up during a project. We even got drone photos as the project progressed which was a really cool way to understand where things were and how just awesome our new roof looks.We also had one hard working and fast crew. In and out in a regular workday including taking care of covering ac/walkways and clean up. Big shout out to them for their hard work and efficiency. I'm absolutely impressed with this company. My appointment was verified day before detailing what was going to happen and any preparations needed. Regular text updates with pictures were given as job progressed. My roof looks amazing. Thank you to Ashley, Maria, and especially Tanya who sent the updates and who over saw the project in person. I'm impressed with her and the crew's professionalism and hard work. They even contacted my neighbors to clean up some minor debris that fell in their yard. Blue Hammer Roofing was employed to install our new roof and the entire process was seamless. Sanad was very professional, informative and set the expectation for the new roof. Communication was consistent, timely and addressed all concerns. This company did an exemplary job as it pertains to working with Liberty Mutual Insurance company on my behalf. The actual roof install was on time, clean, and above and beyond. Tanya (quality management) was present the entire day during the roof install, and provided periodic text updates with roof photos. Photos were taken of areas that needed repair as well as completed repair photos.Of note, the company who put on the last roof did not remove all felt to look underneath the felt for rotted wood, rather they placed another layer of felt over the existing felt. Blue Hammer stripped everything bare to inspect the wood underneath the felt layers. They did not cut corners or take the easy way out which was appreciated and preventative when it comes to leaks. Tanya came back to inspect the new roof and both attics ensuring that everything met Blue Hammer standard. They did a great job with debris and nail clean up. Sanad followed up upon completion to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. This company has excellent communication! I highly recommend them and give Sanad, Tanya and Blue Hammer five stars!
