Great place. Try the coffee affogato.. simply delicious..

Visited after it was recommended by a highly esteemed pastry chef. The gelato is extremely luxurious and decadent. Excellent patio for people watching right on Greenville.

This is a new place on lower Greenville that has such amazing affogato. It took me less than 5 minutes to finish what I ordered because it was so amazing. I definitely recommend this place, there’s options for everyone, including your dog! They have free dog treats so that’s always a plus in my book. Ask for samples or recommendations, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about what pairs well with what. I cannot want to go back to this place very soon for seconds and thirds.

Botolini Gelato was great! There was an interesting selecting of flavors, so if you're going be sure not to have your heart set on a flavor you know, because they probably won't have it. They do have quite a few delicious flavors, but unfortunately mint chocolate chip wasn't one of them!

The sign standing outside is right, this IS the best ice cream in Dallas. My favorite ice cream place in town hands down. They usually have 3-4 vegan options, the chocolate is to die for. Generous servings for the price. A few non ice cream options available too.

Clean and great flavors! Great customer service, over decent establishment. Would like to come again

Best Gelato in Town!! Pistachio and Dulce the leche are a Must try! Great friendly staff by far our favorite ice cream spot

I was particularly excited about coming to this gelato shop because of the great ratings and reviews I saw on Yelp. To be honest, I wouldn't say that Botolino gave me an impressive impression or that I would call it my all time favorite (probably because my friends and I got two of the more unusual flavors: peanut butter jelly and pistachios), but I enjoyed it overall. If you're ever with a group of friends, I would recommend going to the other dessert places around there like Creamistry, Steel City, La La Land Cafe, etc, get one item from each shop, and then share it with one another. It's super fun! They're all on one street, and Botolino would definitely be my favorite one so be sure to go there!

This place has great non diary base ice cream and staff is supper friendly. Definitely a place for people out of town to check out

Now a staple of Lower Greenville I have been coming to Botolino since I moved to Dallas. My first time I was greeted by the owner, who with a warm welcome let me sample their unique flavors and bold texture. The authentic process and true gelato flavor comes through in every bite and the modern high end decor mixed with murals give you an adult at play feel. I usually get their affogato which is one of the best in town, but when I want to stick with ice cream I go for their lavender or white coffee. Don't miss out on trying the pistachio flavor either!

Okay. Best gelato place ever. Wasn't a die hard fan of gelato till I tried theirs. It puts paciugo to shame . They're super friendly and won't judge you for trying all 18387 of their flavors (even if you came in last week and did the same exact thing). They rotate their flavors and always have something new (and it always ends up being nice). Personally I have always been a fan of their pistachio and olive oil flavors. ALSO has eggless flavors!! The gelato itself isn't too heavy and the taste perfectly matches whatever flavor it's intended to be! It's a cute spot opposite Trader Joe's. And it's open late so it's super convenient. Parking isn't an issue! The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is Bc of the price. The smallest cup you can get is 5$. Itsgood but I wish they had 3$ options. They do have a rewards system that most people aren't aware of - and the points will add up (trust me). Go ahead and put your phone number in

This place was highly recommended by a friend and she couldn't have been more spot on about this being the best gelato ever. They have a carefully curated collection of nuanced, artisan flavors and I was tempted to try all of them (but restrained myself to 2). I ended up ordering two flavors in the kiddie cup: the licorice, which was reminiscent of black licorice candy but with a less sweet, more herbal flavor - very strong and probably very polarizing but I loved it; and the mascarpone & fig - creamy and delicious combination of the rich base and delicious borderline-caramel flavor of fig. Absolutely lovely, dense, rich gelato and totally worth the price.

It does NOT get better than this--Botolino Gelato is EXCEPTIONAL in flavor and quality. Delicious, smooth, silky--it is hands down the most decadent gelato I have ever had! You really get to experience the skill and fresh quality ingredients that are incorporated here. If I had to have one complaint, it would be that Botolino Gelato has ruined me for life and that now no other gelato will ever be good enough for me again!!!

Botolino Gelato serves THE best and most delicious gelato in Dallas. Yes it is THE place to be. I've visited here on several occasions. During my most recent visit, the gelato was so yummy I forgot to take a picture. You can sample from any of their flavors on display, and sometimes you'll find they have special flavors as well. I had the Gianduia (hazelnut) and White Coffee this time. It was so so yummy, rich, smooth, and creamy. Everything you could ask for in gelato can be found here. I absolutely loved the Gianduia - it reminded me of the gelato I had in Italy!! The White Coffee gelato was delicious although I found it to be too sweet towards the end of finishing it. I really want to come back and try their affogato!! This place is amazing. Botolino is consistently voted best gelato in Dallas - they are so well-deserving of all the praise and recognition!

There are so many ice cream places to explore in Dallas, but there's a reason why I keep coming back to Botolino. It is simply the best! - Atmosphere: Botolino has a bright interior with a good amount of seating. If the weather is nice you can enjoy their gelato outside on their patio. They also have a display of their delicious looking cakes. - Service: The employees at Botolino are always kind and helpful. They are patient as you sample and decide between all the delicious flavors! - Ice cream: There's really nothing more to say besides that it's amazing! They have a great variety of rotating and consistent flavors made with fresh ingredients. The chocolate sorbetto and white coffee are my go to combination, but sometimes I switch it up with a rotating flavor. - Value: While Botolino isn't cheap, I really think it's worth every penny. You can get 2 flavors in the smallest size and they fill it up over the brim of the cup so it's a sizable amount.

Officially my #1 gelato place now! The gelato was delicious (smooth & creamy) and the staff were kind and attentive. Highly recommend! Definitely a must visit in Dallas!! Yummy flavors to try: white coffee, gianduia, strawberry

SHOOOOT THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD! I need to go back ASAP. The employees are extremely nice. They let us try as many flavors as we wanted and answered all our questions, and they didn't even seem annoyed. My friends and I shared the largest size, so that we could have more flavors. While all the flavors are delicious, we had the Gianduia (rich Nutella), mascarpone and figs (sweet and savory), mango (refreshing) and white coffee (strong and aromatic). Whipped cream is complimentary, so don't forget to add it. To finish off an already perfect experience, they have free popsicles for dogs, and they put one in a baggie for me to take home to my doggo.

The people that work here made me really uncomfortable. There were like 6 girls working and they all stood right next to each other and stared at me. They did not say one word. What kinda "service" is that??? I looked at them and walked away. I really wanted to try their icecream but I was weirded out big time.

Delicious authentic gelato. I got the coconut stracciatella and dark chocolate and it was the perfect cure for the 104 degree weather. The place was extremely clean and the ladies behind the counter were very nice and attentive.

I had the berry lavender and pistachio gelato combined. Both tasted great! The store was clean, neat, and very hipster. Would definitely come back again.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Menu is like a cafe in Indianapolis I loved.

The legit gelateria. Unlike other places, you get delicious, varied and original flavors that go well per teaspoon or per gallon, up to you. Best part is that it's not overly heavy with the cream. There are cream heavy flavors but there are also those other flavors that are simply refreshing!

There's a reason that this gelato is consistently voted the best ice cream (really gelato) in Dallas. It's delicious, delightful, and a welcome treat any time of day or night and any time of the year, whether it's 100 degrees out or whether it's 15 degrees. How I went so long and never knew this place existed is beyond me. Luckily I was introduced to Botolino by Yelp and I've been trying to make up for it ever since. Botolino has an array of flavors but mango and pistachio are hands down my favorite. For the taste, price, and the service that you receive, it's hard to find a better treat in the city of Dallas!

I love gelato, so when we passed by this place, I knew I had to give it a try! I got the matcha and red velvet gelato, and my, was it delicious! The price is reasonable, and the flavors are delicious! What more could you ask for? The ambiance is warm and welcoming, and it was pretty lively inside when we were there. I would definitely come back! PS - Parking can be rough in Lower Greenville, as much of it is street parking, and it gets very crowded in this area during the evening.

Such a cute place and the salted caramel gelato was to die for-smooth, creamy, and flavorful! They had lots of flavors and some fun music playing. Can't wait to go back and try another scoop! Scoops are huge by the way!

Simply fantastic! Ice cream is so fresh and creamy and flavors are spot on. Reminded me of some of the best gelato I had while touring Italy!

Amazing gelato. I personally had the pistachio and was extremely happy with my choice. They seem to really take pride in their product, and it shows!

First timer, tried the new Brownie Sunday, truly amazing. Brownies are freshly made and pair extremely well with the gelato

Best gelato in the Dallas area. So creamy and a wonderful selection of flavors. So glad to have found it!
