Bought two "custom made" shirts last Christmas ($200+ per shirt). Sleeves were too long and waist too big. Brought then back 2Xs for alterations. Dustin, new store manager of course said he was not responsible since he was not store manager at the time (also a bit sarcastic and colorful). He said he will not charge me for "alterations." Hahaha! Alterations for custom shirts??? Like a restaurant saying, "I won't charge you for your server bringing you your food." Will get custom shirts made elsewhere (Nordstrom, Dillard's, Culwell have very good custom shirts, material for 25-50% less). And they get it right the first time. Spent too much time and $ at this Brooks store.

You either love BB or you don't. But this store in particular has a great location, knowledgeable staff, and is always well stocked. One of my favorite retail BBs I've visited. Store hours are a bit off on the listing so check on the official website or call ahead.

I go to Brooks Brothers often, but this locations manager made me question my loyalty to the chain. I came in for a shirt, and the manager Dustin (or Justin?) was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I'll be shopping at another location from now on.

I've had great experiences in the past but today was frustrating. Came here today to get my fiancé fitted for a suit/tux for our upcoming engagement photos. It seemed like no employees other than the cashier were around. After waiting around for over 20 minutes for service in the suit area, we got tired of waiting for someone to assist and walked across the street to Suit Supply instead. Pay attention to your customers.

I adore this Brooks Brothers. Not only do they have a large selection to choose from but they are very friendly and willing to go out of their way to make sure your needs and style are seen to. Shena was particularly helpful and insightful. I'm very grateful to this location for helping me find the right suit for me and I will certainly be a return customer.

I highly recommend the McKinney Dallas store, and their sales associate Sam in particular. He always gets me in/out quickly and over time, has learned my likes/dislikes so he is able to recommend items he knows I will approve -- this save me even more time and money.

I rarely give 5 stars but well deserved by the team at this store. In town for a conference and was in dire need of an extra dress shirt. I purchased a shirt over the phone and they had it delivered to my hotel in a few hours! Totally impressed with the customer service.

We love Sam. He gets my boyfriend and I in/out fast because he knows exactly what looks best on him. I love that Sam does not waste our time trying to sell us something we don't want or need; he has excellent taste. Also, the tailors do an excellent job on suits and tuxedos. We love shopping here. Keep up the great work!

Well, I presently posted a stellar 5 star review of Brooks Brothers at McKinney/Uptown in Dallas and I have posted many 5 star reviews on BB website regarding their merchandise, but now I take some of that back, although at this point (I will find out, believe me) I don't know whether to blame this location or Brooks Brothers corporate. I usually buy from BB once a year during their post Xmas and New Year's sale, but I drop alot of money to BB online (mostly). When I brought in some returns today and had all of my documentation/order numbers and followed BB policy by the book, I was told that BB stores would no longer accept BB online returns through the stores. Really. Talbots has offered this service since their inception and continue to provide this very convenient policy. I guess this BB in Dallas has enough rich Republican customers to poo-poo loyal customers like myself. P.S. I just looked at the amount/total of my returns, and compared to my purchases, the ratio of my returns to purchases is modest at worst.

Of all the places to choose from in DFW and knowing that Brooks Brothers is NORMALLY a great place to shop (with attentive service), my mom and I went looking for her mother-of-the-bride dress. It had been a great day...we had already found the dress that I will wear on my wedding day, we were on a ROLL! Needless to say, that came to a halt as soon as we walked through the door of the Uptown Brooks Brothers. I knew it the second we walked in and weren't greeted by the older gentleman at the door. Odd? Yes...but we pushed on. We found the PERFECT dress for my mom, it was the second one she tried on. Yes! ONLY...WE found the dress. I realized at this point that no one had even been by to offer us ANYTHING. Need a size? Can I bring you something in a similar style so that you have a few choices? NOTHING. So I asked the sales person behind the register if anyone was working. That apparently wasn't a big enough hint. We continued trying on because we were having fun and it had been a GREAT day. My mom is incredibly cute and everything she tried was great on her. Because we were on the receiving end of the worst service ever, we left all of the extra clothes, and purchased the perfect mother-of-the-bride dress. But honestly...in the grand scheme of things, I will NEVER return to the uptown Brooks Brothers. We have been to the one in Southlake a few times...the service we have received there is far superior to this one. I really can't believe that in a company that prides itself on customer service, we were treated horribly. Honestly, by the end, we wanted to leave the perfect dress...but couldn't because we thought we might not find another. If I haven't made it clear enough...the service was HIDEOUS. If you're thinking about going here, I'd ask you to reconsider...unless you appreciate the crappiest service ever.

Very poor customer service by Brent. He was very aggressive, yet not at all pleasant to deal with, as all others have been in the past. I will continue shopping here, but not with this character. Doesn't meet my expectations of a Brooks Brothers employee. I've never had someone act so unprofessional @ any of the store I've shipped @ across the country, since I was in Jr High School! This pushy guy needs to move along to Collards, Big Lots, or some place that would seem to fit his customer service skills. Needless to say that I don't shop @ either of those stores, so it would prevent my encountering him again!

The staff wasn't super friendly but the selection was nice. Go to Men's Warehouse instead. Or better yet, just buy online and have it tailored.
