Very poor customer service! But extremely consistent!! One star for almost being open? Might as well close a half an hour earlier because the lobby personnel/management will not assist customers, even elite depositors, if you come in the last 1/2hr. Where is regional/corporate oversight, CHASE?

Slow staff and they complicate things when they can finish a transaction in 2 minutes. First time it happens at a chase branch.

Horrible branch, had set up appointment earlier by phone and when arrived was told to wait 30 minutes being told that I had never set up an appointment.

Be cautious with the curbs near the ATM, very sharp edges. My tire scrapped the edge and I got a flat tire

Came to this chase to open an account i was in the area and the banker looked at me funny and one chase told me i didnt need to bring my social so anywho whent to the chase by my place and got it taken care of and the guy asked me when i was coming back i said never i was in the area and that comment made me feel uncomfortable and wanting to run for the door wont be coming to this location again

Umar is great manager. Excellent in professional service and cracking jokes. When my friends and I applied to open a debit account this Thursday afternoon, Umar took his own sandwich time to serve us. Great man.

I wanted to cash a check issued by JP Morgan Bank. The teller said I would have to pay an $8 fee because I do not have an account with this bank!

This is a great branch! It’s a little tough to get to just with the traffic in the area but once you get inside the staff is friendly and gets even my weird requests taken care of.

Terrible customer service and lazy management. We arrived 30 minutes before closing time to open a basic checking account, but both the branch manager and their Relationship Banker, Dax Mancini, advised me that I need to set up an appointment another day. I've opened two other accounts with Chase before and it never took more than 20 minutes. They practically kicked me out 30 minutes before closing time because they were too lazy to do their job. When I was getting inside my car, I could see them just standing there, laughing, without any customers at the branch. I called to see if they can still see me before closing, but the branch manager kept talking over me in a rude manner, explaining that it will take half an hour (!) to open an account.

Poor management, very inconsistent way to handle important matters. 1 teller, 2 bankers, and the rest are always" on their lunch hour". Can't wait for the era of using a teller is finally over.
Thankfully there is online banking and Atm deposits!

This branch of Chase Bank may well be the creme de la creme of banks here in Dallas. Every time I have walked inside the warm and friendly staff ALWAYS makes eye contact and greets me like I am a customer which until just recently I wasn't LOL! I would just go in for change LOL! Most banks won't give you change UNLESS you are a customer BUT not Chase! These people waited on me like I was royalty with a smile and offering of free coffee on most occasions! They are ALWAYS friendly, quick and gracious at this branch. I have NEVER met an officer here that wasn't "on his or her game" and it's because of this I felt compelled to let Dallas know YOU my fellow Dallas neighbors are missing the boat if you are not a Chase customer today. The reason I opened an account with Chase was because after doing some online fact checking I learned they are way ahead of any bank or credit union out there in the area of mobile banking and just plain EASE of banking! I can now deposit checks with my smart phone and pursue my endeavors with ease as I have Chase in my hip pocket. I recently had an issue where I had bought a cell phone online and the website "hung" as the payment processing was taking place. I tried again after an hour and was double billed. The bank I did business with wouldn't fax a letterhead to stop this drag on my account. I then closed the account and migrated over to a REAL bank and now I know if this were to happen again Chase would step in and "fix" something like this where my other bank fell apart. If you are going to go big...don't settle for less...get in with a bank that's been there forever (=

Very friendly staff. Easy location for me to swinng by. Opened up a checking and savings account without confusion or anxiety. Had an account of some kind with Chase since 2007.
