One of the worst chase bank branch. I have recently booked my appointment and when I have visited the branch, there was no banker who I have appointment with. They have asked to reschedule to visit again and have wasted my time. It’s not worth visiting this bank. Thanks.

I went to chase bank on Preston last week to make a cash deposit. There’s no ones when I get there at the window .Waiting about to 3 to 5 minutes to get my receipt for the deposit a white lady who was helping me and I’m thinking she is the manager told me to get off the line because there’s a problem with the printer stated that And She will bring me the receipt outsideWaiting outside for 3 minutes she never came outside for my receipt. I went out there to see if my deposit was made . I asked her and she told me that another employee is working on it while she was helping other customers making deposit Which Was a big lie after I insisted that I can’t wait no longer I leaving for work I need my money because you refused to help me with the deposit. Very unprofessional and angry she went out to get the money out of the drawer and gave it to me with my Ids. She was very unprofessional and with a bad attitude I told her I was coming to this branch for over 6 years but never experience this in my life I will never return to that branchI

If I could rate this location at a zero I would have because this one teller he LITERALLY gives me the worse time ever about change under a 100.00. Everyone is great this guy has something against me but doesnt even know me. I'm so over this location. Why does it take for the branch manager to be called to get things done it's their job to make the customers happy. If it wasnt for the customers coming they wouldnt have any business. Raul Barrios is the employee who always treat me wrong. Something needs to be done.

I will never come here again. The employees has an issue with listening. My fiance and I made ourselves very clear as to what we needed done. Seem like they had a had time completing a simple request to transfer money chase to chase. Definitely need more training. none of the employees informed my fiance and I that they were no longer doing money transfers until after the fact and we were already frustrated and confused. This could’ve couldn't avoid had that been direct because the previous employee didn’t inform us as if that was the case. miscommunication because it's too many employees coming to the window to assist instead of allowing one employee per customer because it gets confusing and then you have to re explain the task you want done all over again. We're from Detroit. Things shouldn't be that much different. Because I've never had this issue before. It's the location it's our second time having an issue here they make things so complicated
