Not much to say besides they don’t care about their customers concerns and just brush you off . Thanks for not helping.

AVOID this location, if you wish to treated like a human. Don’t go here if you have any problems, because you won’t get legitimate service. They will have you discussing your private financial life through the plexiglass screen while there’s customers to your left, right, and in line behind you. Everyone will hear what’s going on with your account.Been with Chase for over 10 years and shut down my account today due to the way they treated me at THIS SPECIFIC location.

This is probably the worse Chase location in the Dallas area. And whoever made the decision to close the branch at Midway and Northwest Highway and then referred customers to THIS Branch should be immediately fired. There is no parking, 2 drive through lanes but I've never seen 2 Tellers. And then if there is any cash involved in the transaction, the Teller has to walk across their station to the other side to actually deposit or exchange the cash! Extremely slow. And don't go on a Friday afternoon or Saturday....the TRAFFIC....WOW....Very Poor planning no matter how you size it up....

It's a bank. It has an ATM. All is good. [Except I forgot quarter wraps again.]

I've been a Chase customer since 1996, and had never had a negative experience at a branch until today. As a matter of fact, I've been to this branch many times and usually had a good experience. However, they just got a new manager and she's absolutely rude. I wanted to make a simple cash withdrawal but wanted specific denominations so I filled out a withdrawal ticket. When I got to the window she informed me that she would make a onetime exception and process the withdrawal using the withdrawal ticket, but that going forward I wouldn't be allowed to use them and I had to use my debt card. Now I don't know if that's a new Chase thing or just that branch because it's a former WAMU branch and they did a lot of things through a debit card reader, but the manager could definitely speak to her customers differently. She's not doing me a favor by processing my withdrawal, I'm doing Chase a favor by doing all of my banking with them for 24 years. And I certainly don't need to be talked down to because I need to make a simple withdrawal. If Chase is changing a process, the way to present that to customers is in a positive way... For example, "Good morning Mr. So and so, Chase has a new and simpler way to process your transaction. All you need is your debit card so you don't have to take time filling out a withdrawal ticket." The manager definitely missed an opportunity to educate her customer in a smooth and positive way,

I love this Chase Bank so much. The Tellers are always nice especially Cesar, he is my favorite. He has one of the best customer service I have ever come across.

I really wish that I could give this bank a negative stars for the simple fact there was no one in this building that could assist with minor changes to my account. What type of bank only has one person that can change something on my accounts. All they do is sit in there little office and say we can't help you.

They should be ashamed to have a American Flag flying that is faded and torn. I hope others take notice. I was at the red light tonight and I see they listened. New American flag. I decided to give 4 stars in my edited review. Well been several months without a flag. Seems after president bush the flag disappeared. Be patriotic and fly old glory

I received very poor service from Feli. She was very rude and I ended up leaving without making my deposit. My branch is Colleyville are amazing but this branch on Lover's Ln is the worst I have ever experienced.

Way understaffed. Lots of people standing around and talking on the phone. Consolidation of banks has ruined customer service. 1 drive thru open only.. go elsewhere
