Do not Doordash/ UberEats from this location. Way too much rice in their bowls and minimal meat or any other ingredients. About half the size of a bowl ordered in person. Do better, Chipotle.

I had a 5 star experience at this location today and historically this has not been the case. The floors and counters were clean, staff was cheerful and even humorous. Food hot and delicious when I make it home.

Food is pretty good as it is at other Chipotle locations, but make sure you don’t get overcharged. My friend and I each got charged for carne asada when we got different and cheaper proteins, and this happened on two separate days, by two different cashiers. Also, half of the carnitas in my bowl was just big pieces of fat that I think should have been thrown out instead of served to customers.

Sadly it seems Chipotle has gone downhill. Portions here are laughably small, and the employees couldn’t care less. Don’t even think about ordering online, because your protein portions will be even smaller since they aren’t making the order in front of you.

Sadly many times I've gone to this location they keep messing up my order. Once they dropped it on the floor so they "Remade" it in the back but all they really did was shovel it back into the bowl and it was a huge mess when I got home. Or orders will be missing entirely from the bag. Completely unacceptable. I'll stick with the Lemmon location from now on.Edit: also I was told by the manager I'd get a refund for my missing item and I've yet to get it. So thanks a lot, Chipotle, for charging me for an item I didn't even get!

Every single time I come to this location (I live very close & love Chipotle) - I have a ridiculous situation. Not fresh or wrongly prepared food, being ignored, people who have no concept of basic customer service etiquette. No smiles, no laughing, barely even a greeting and certainly no greeting from the person who is not actually helping you. Plus it always takes FOREVER even when there are no customers. It makes no sense. There's review after review from people/locals who live right in the neighborhood and/or vicinity & are TRYING to be repeat customers but the situation is still not resolved, ever. It's so incredibly disappointing.
