We both work from home. We pay for your highest speed. The internet is faster on my computer if I use the data plan connected to my cell phone through AT&T. That is how I am leaving this review right now - using my data from my cell phone. We have had 3 people out here in the last month and we still can't load a page in less than 5 minutes. We have spent over 7 hours with tech support on the phone. Do you not realize we are loosing valuable money by waisting our work day on the phone with you. Your service is terrible. We only use Comcast because it's a monopoly and one of our only options. We need a better solution. Please fix your service issues.

Reviews that reflect opinions about your cable service have nothing to do with Comcast Spotlight. This company is terrible! One star is being overly generous but unfortunately I wasn't given the opportunity to give it any less. Trying to get help is next to impossible. Customer Service is non-existent. I've been given erroneous information on numerous occasions. I've been hung up on after spending hours trying to resolve issues. Their employees do not follow through with what they say they are going to do. I have only one suggestion for anyone thinking of signing up with this company ... DON'T DO IT!! Any alternative (including smoke signals) would be a better alternative than using this poorly run internet / phone / tv cable company!

i wish i could rate it 0. cuz even 1 star is too much for this company. comast is a waste of money. works like a free wifi from hotels. even worse. sometimes disconnects and never connects back for a few hours, even if you turn off the wifi and reopen it again. if you have a chance, get something else, NOT COMCAST.

as a company, the most incompetent people working here. No one listens to what you need, they don't do what they say they will do. Very frustrating to deal with them. One problem= days of calling back to follow up with them because they're incapable of fixing their problems so it becomes a huge problem for you
