I was buying a floor model office chair here for a reduced price. The price was great, but the purchasing process took at least 20 minutes, due to the archaic sales program that looks like it hasn’t been updated in 20 years, and the employees weren’t even sure how it worked exactly. At a store I expect to scan my credit card chip and walk out with my item. They can’t seem to understand that here. The employees were very nice and helpful though.

I decided to leave the Conn’s in Plano, because they appeared to be extremely busy, and visit the location in Dallas off of Royal Lane. I’m very glad that I did. The sales person‘s name is Angel and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent customer service. Even though the Conn’s in Plano is closer to where I live, I will be visiting Dallas going forward.

If you have time to wait on hold for an hour just be told they can't help you and you're transferred to another line just to be on hold for ever again then this is the place for you. Oh and don't bother calling the store itself for questions either because they can't help either.

I walked in and had a TV within 30minutes. Thanks to Melissa, my associate, who was fast and friendly made the process of paperwork a breeze. Everything was clearly stated in detail and if I had questions she answered effortlessly. If you need anything from Conn’s I would always ask for Melissa. My 65” TV looks great and has NO scratches.

I went in pretty early and was able to really think about what I wanted. I mean I knew before I showed up but Mr. Christian was patient and allowed to give it some thought since I had missed the sale deadline. He was very professional and at the same time personable. He is truly an asset to your company. Thank you Conn's but moreso, thank you Christian.

I love how professional the staff is at Conns. Went with my husband and loaded up on TVs and equipment. Took a while due to some issues we ran into, but our sales associate never lost her cool and kept it professional. She was very helpful too.

This is our second time purchasing a washer and dryer. The sales reps gave us the run around for a couple of days. After being asked several times for the same documention we were told we were denied. Then the next day was asked for the same documention and finally we were approved. The first time we bought from them we were given interest free financing for 12 months. This go around it was stated by the sales rep because of the COVID-19, Conns couldn't offer us interest free financing which i find odd, because my husband works for the United States Postal Service it's not as if he will be laid off. On top of that they still haven't delivered the necessary equipment to stabilize the washer and dryer, because the sales rep didn't order the correct product.

Negative stars!!! Worst people every to deal with. I bought an office chair that cost roughly $250. After being told I could pick it up at the warehouse but I'd have to assemble it or it can be delivered and assembled for you, I opted for the latter and paid an extra $80. Got delivered and not assembled. Now I'm being told that the assembly part would have cost an extra $50 l!!! Even though in the standard delivery pamphlet I got it clearly states assembly and removal of packaging. Called and they tried to blame it on the sales associate who was new and say "it's only like 2 parts so....." like now it's my fault. I could have my chair on Sunday and had an extra $80. No one wants to take responsibility. One time I called and got transferred to a San Antonio office!!! I called back and confronted the girl and she just told me to call back in 30min when a manager was available.

Went in to see what they had to offer in the way of financing a bedroom set. Greeted at the door by an older gentleman who directed me to sit down and see what options they had to finance. Gave some information, didn't sign or agree to anything. Just talking details about my work and where I live etc.

Run as fast as you can away from this company. We were approved for credit and needed living room and bedroom furniture so we went in and found what we liked. Thought it was a bit pricey but needed some things quickly so we purchased. From the start it was an absolute nightmare. It took 4 deliveries and many more calls to get the correct items we purchased. That should have been a red flag right there and I should have just cancelled the order then. We finally received the furniture and everything was good except when it's time to pay. If you pay them do it with a paper check or cash at the store because they will double and triple charge you and then take 30 days to correct THEIR ERROR! Customer service is worthless. This has happened 2 other times! It's my fault, like I said there were red flags from the beginning but I feel I need to warn others not to make that mistake

Mr Leo was a good sales rep, but a very bad experience with this store! Management don’t follow up and make sure customers get what they paid for. Paid for delivery which was $159 and they showed up after midnight after waiting all day for my bed to be delivered. Then they didn’t have all the bed components to be able to assemble the bed and left the bed in the middle of my floor incomplete packaging left every where. Called 26 times to see when I will get my bed put together they gave me the run around shifting blame back and forth from the delivery drivers. Bottom line, don’t sign anything or purchase from them any kind of furniture. Called higher up and reported them, so they will be losing vendors from this experience!!!

The first day choosing was great salesman was good, friendly, informative, nice. But the day of delivery was bad the dresser was damaged we didn’t see it until after the delivery people left call to tell them so I could get it fixed and we was given the run around from that day on I am very unhappy with that part Conns need to do better with the delivery and if something happens to the merchandise while setting it up they need to make sure they tell them to inspect everything they get and make sure nothing is wrong check the bottom and everything on the merchandise before they leave cause you will get the run around and be disappointed with the procedures of trying to get it repaired or replaced and it’s not your fault. I have purchased from Conns before never had I been through that but when I did it was not a good experience makes the customer feel like it’s your fault and you have to keep damaged merchandise very upsetting.. I had the replacement chest delivered on Wednesday and the guys was great randy and Matthew they made sure that it was carefully placed in the home and they was professional, helpful, friendly and very careful with the merchandise. They held it over so I could inspect the legs before they left and made sure I was satisfied they are an example of Good Customer Service.

Came in for a desk and chair. Everyone was helpful and courteous. I had planned on paying cash but I got approved for financing. So I put down about half of what I would have paid, and now I can spread out the rest over a few months. Which keeps a little more cash in my pocket now. I was very pleased . Thanks Conns

I had a great experience at conns. my salesman was Hector he did a really good job showing me around, telling me about all the financing that was available to me,showing me the specials and coupons, then getting the products together along with accessories necessary, informing me about the extended warranty. Good people, products, financing, and nice clean store. Will buy more. Thanks everyone
