I cannot endorse/recommend this CVS location enough! I have fairly complex pharmaceutical needs. The staff are communicative, over and above helpful navigating medication/dr/insurance/etc and just congenial, kind people. This is not my closest CVS, however, the staff alone keep me a committed customer. Five stars...+. !

I went the CVS to pick up my medicine today, and I noticed the insurance information was not correct. I told the staff (Nicole) to update my insurance, but she told me to hurry up because they were going to close. She was not patient and told me I have to either pay and leave or come back next day. She was very rude and loud. As a pharmacist, she was unprofessional.

Due to a nationwide shortage, I have been without my medication for over 2 months. I was told by a CVS employee at a different store that this specific location had my prescription in stock. When I called and explained to this store what my meds and dosage were, I was met with a clearly aggravated employee. They were annoyed because many people were calling the store for a similar medication. Like others, I was told they hadn't used up all the medication yet, but the pharmacist I was talking to said the store never got a shipment of that medication to begin with. After I relayed that I was told different information, they then backpedalled and said they already filled it which was fine. But then I wondered, which is it: you never had any to start with, or you used it all up? I'm not sure why I am being fed misleading information. Regardless, responding to someone's inquiry about their medication with such a judgmental tone is horrible practice. I understand that it is frustrating having to take calls and answer the same questions all day, but have you considered how annoying and embarrassing it is for the person who has had to call over 10 pharmacies and disclose personal information about their health to strangers? I hope that the pharmacists at this location do a better job of being more tactful in the future. It isn't the patron's fault if stores cannot communicate/track each other's inventory properly, so please don't take it out on the patron when they are just trying to find the medication they need to function properly.

There is a dangerous disconnect between what the website or app tells me and what the pharmacists tell me. Multiple months my prescription is put \\\"In Process\\\" and I call to confirm. I am then told by the pharmacist that will be ready at the boilerplate time of 14:00. After waiting, the website eventually says \\\"Out of stock\\\" without any notification from the website or the pharmacist. I am then told to check with other CVS pharmacies to see if they have stock.\\nThe problem with this is the other CVS pharmacies will not tell me if they have it in stock or not. Yet the website says \\\"If you need your Rx today, contact your pharmacy to find a nearby location with your medication in stock.\\\" It is wild how disconnected the pharmacists are from the information being given by CVS and it is also quite dangerous. This will be the fourth time now that I have had to suddenly stop a medication that has explicit instructions not to stop suddenly as serious side effects can occur.\\nCVS has become a baffling unprofessional and dangerous place to get medications from and I highly suggest researching others around your area as they do exist and quite possibly convey information to the customer far better. Do not place your health in the hands of CVS as it is clear they have not even read the very warning labels they plaster on their own medications.

I stopped by CVS after my doctors appointment one afternoon. I ended up spending about $380. After checking out, I realized it would be wise to use the restroom at CVS instead of looking for a clean restroom when i had to drive across town. So I asked the ladies at the checkout where the restroom was. They pointed me in the right direction & told me that I would have to get the pharmacy to give me access. No problem.. seems normal. However, I go to the pharmacy, with my receipt in hand (incase i needed to show them i am a paying customer) and told them the cashiers sent me back to get access to the restroom. Well that's when they Pharmacy Tech told me the restrooms were out of order. So I asked where do they use the restroom.. because there's no way they work a full shift and not use the restroom. Their response was, We walk across the parking lot to Target. So I walk back to the front cashiers and tell them the restrooms are broken according to the pharmacy. The cashiers looked confused, and then the cashiers gave me the restroom code. I used the restroom. It was clean and in great working condition. I saw no issues with the restroom. The sink and toilet worked, no leaks... no issues at all. When I exited the restroom, I stopped at the pharmacy WITH my receipt in hand. Told them, you lied. The restroom is NOT out of order.. it works fine. I also pointed to my receipt and said.. I spent close to $400 in here and just needed the restroom before I continue my day in traffic and it's ashamed that your coworkers clearly know that you've lied and you are acting surprised that I caught you in a lie. My only regret is, I didn't get the techs name & I hate to describe her as a early 30's Latina. The 2 stars are for each of the cashiers that were courteous and helpful.

I pulled up to the pharmacy at 8:00 pm and was behind another car in line. I called to tell them I was in line and please don't close any the recoding said they were closed and it was 8:00. They close at 8. So I called the front desk and ask them to please tell them over intercom that my just got out of the ICU and needs to take his heart and antibiotics at 9 so please let me pick up. She did but the pharmacist had the gate down already. I sat there patiently at the drive through and pressed the call button, waived and even honked and knocked on the glass For 15 and she pretended not to see me. Refused to acknowledge me or help. What a disgrace.

Cynthia was incredibly helpful, funny and kind. She showed me the Target app and even helped me save money on home essentials like toilet paper! I'll be coming back to this location every time simply because she's there! Thank you Cynthia!
