When you google the cvs on marsh ln it says they close at 11pm. They close at 8pm M-F and 6pm Sat. Ie found this out the hard way twice. They need to get their information updated. I will not go to this cvc again. Transferred to one that’s open 24/7 .You can’t even speak to a pharmacist directly. You have your leave a number and wait 3 or 4 hours. Plus they close at 8pm and I needed the prescription for an out of town trip. Definitely transferring everything to a 24 hour CVS.

Had difficulties with pharmacy and they were terrible in resolving anything related to my situation. Awful customer service as well. Manager was rude and unhelpful along with the pharmacy staff. I will never go there again.

Usually fills my rxs within an hour. Friendly service. Even helped push my car when it wouldn't start while in the drive thru! Dead battery!

I shop at CVS all the time. I usually shop through the app for pick up. I had a gift card so I had to use it in store only. I needed to get pill pouches. This store did not carry them. Store was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Unable to reach a human on the phone even after jumping through all of the automated hoops. The one star is for the company, not this specific location. Doubt my review will do anything, but it is a bit cathartic.

Sad to see that Associate Jose is no longer here, he provided top customer service unlike the people that are here currently.

Good selection of over-the-counter meds. Pharmacy refused to fill my Rx and stated it was due to insurance denial (for a med I’ve been taking with no insurance problems ever). However, they never communicated this with me and then blamed me for not contacting them for this denial of which I was not made aware. And their last text said they were in the process of working on it and that they’d contact me. I worked it all out with my insurance, who said that I just need to call the pharmacy and have them run the Rx through again. So, I called multiple times but can’t get an answer. I asked to speak to a manager while I was still in the store, and of course the manager “is out.” This is a fertility med and can’t wait. Fertility patients need meds quickly, often with same-day or maybe a one-day notice, or it can cancel the whole cycle and waste thousands of dollars. I understand when there are blips in the process, but it’s unacceptable to not communicate this with the patient or their doctor. This pharmacy used to be good, but it’s been one thing after another like this with them the past year. I recommend a different location if you expect communication or need meds in a timely manner.

Today I went into pick up my prescription and I received a $4 off your next purchase coupon, after I paid for my prescription. So I decided to use it on a loaf of bread for $3.49. When I went to pay at the self checkout the coupon didn’t work because my total was less than $4. That’s when a super sweet employee named Jose, approached to help me. He went to get special keys to open up the machine to retrieve my coupon, so he could cancel my order and re-use the coupon. I got a cute little hair clip for .99 cents and that brought my total to $4.49 so the coupon could work! And it did! I know it doesn’t seem like much, but money is so tight right now. I was able to get a loaf of bread for .49 cents because of Jose’s help, going above and beyond to make sure my coupon worked. It’s very rare, unfortunately nowadays that you find good customer service. Jose is a shining example of what customer service should be like. He made such a big impact by helping me. That kind of compassion and helpfulness is so rare today. I also want to acknowledge the young lady in the pharmacy, who also went to great lengths to help me with my prescription. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but she and Jose both deserve recognition and appreciation for their hard work and dedication. Thank you so much for everything! You are both amazing! ?

Pharmacy does not answer. Automated message just says they are helping other customers and will not let you do anything. Front end said they would transfer me and I waited for over 10 minutes trying to speak to anyone, but eventually had to hang up.

Worst experience ever !!!! I go to drop off my daughter medicine which was urgent she has asthma !!! And the lady told me she doesn't have it but she can transfer to the other location . Just I have to wait one hour. We'll ok but at hour to go to the other location them don't haven't because this lady doesn't do the transfer and I have to wait another hour to get it !!!! Ridiculous and unprofessional I don't go back no more to any cvs anymore bc this one is no the only bad experience with them.

Drive thru was quick although he promised a call/text when prescriptions were done(about 2hrs). I called 4hrs later and automated system said they were ready. First time prescription and not offered a consultation and the big girl seemed to smile when she asked for my number. I said "...the drive thru guy already confirmed it and you didn't use it to tell me my meds were ready. So no I don't want to give you my number." Another example of laziness and mediocrity. Two obese interactions, one in a wig the other with dreads.

The new pharmacist/ PIC (Jul. 2022) is really nice and willing to go more in helping patients with prescription as need. Pharmacy tech is great customer service as well. Thank you and keep up the great work!
