There is a dangerous disconnect between what the website or app tells me and what the pharmacists tell me. Multiple months my prescription is put "In Process" and I call to confirm. I am then told by the pharmacist that will be ready at the boilerplate time of 14:00. After waiting, the website eventually says "Out of stock" without any notification from the website or the pharmacist. I am then told to check with other CVS pharmacies to see if they have stock.The problem with this is the other CVS pharmacies will not tell me if they have it in stock or not. Yet the website says "If you need your Rx today, contact your pharmacy to find a nearby location with your medication in stock." It is wild how disconnected the pharmacists are from the information being given by CVS and it is also quite dangerous. This will be the fourth time now that I have had to suddenly stop a medication that has explicit instructions not to stop suddenly as serious side effects can occur.CVS has become a baffling unprofessional and dangerous place to get medications from and I highly suggest researching others around your area as they do exist and quite possibly convey information to the customer far better. Do not place your health in the hands of CVS as it is clear they have not even read the very warning labels they plaster on their own medications.

Great pharmacy staff and helpful folks in the store. My experience here has been nothing but great including vaccines, prescriptions and other shopping needs. My only complaint is a fairly limited offering of "travel-size" items.

This CVS (Snider plaza) used to have excellent staff and a great team of pharmacists. However, the community feel and excellent team have been systematically replaced by a much less friendly and less competent team. They often fail to fill prescriptions in a timely manner, it often takes hours. Additionally, they often don’t fill the complete order. This may stem from a language or communication barrier. Since nobody listens to anything in the store I hope this facilitates improvements for others, I’m done.

This store is racist and discriminating. My parents and I visited this store 4/13/22 before midnight. When my parents went to the back to use their only restroom they called over the intercom security to check the store. The only people in the store were my parents and the employees. After they were finished in the restroom they proceeded to follow them and ask if they needed any help. My parents told me how they were treated and felt uncomfortable so they didn't wanna purchase anything. I then went in with my daughter and I cnat count how many time we were asked if we needed help and followed. I politely told them I was fine thank you every time. After being asked so many times and feeling like I was being stalked I told them I was ready to check out after they asked me once more if I needed help. Again there's no other customers here in the store. They said ok there's self checkout in the front you can use. We were racial profiled. I've worked in retail I've been trained as well to when I feel suspicious of someone or if I see something to give extra customer service to those I believe are stealing. Im not stupid and neither are my parents. They judged us from the moment we walked in. They were practically breathing over our necks. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a store. Those I've told said they'd never shop at a store if they felt this way. I only did cause I actually found two items I'd been looking for. Glad I don't live in this area. I'd never shop there again. Can't believe you hire that many racists at one location.

i walked in and the employees were extremely rude. the cashier planned to not have change and didn't give me all my money back. everyone working there was very grumpy and not assistant, although the supply was good.

This is a convenient location and a great part of town, however they suffer from two big problems 1-, their pharmacy staff can be incredibly slow! 2- Some of the items they stock are seasonally outdated by six months or more… bizarre. They still have Christmas decorations for example and other things that are way out of date.

Used to be super quick and efficient, now it takes forever to get anything picked up or handled. No one seems to know what’s going on here anymore in regards to the Pharmacy department; it’s really frustrating.
