Unless you have very basic Rx, suggest you go to another CVS.The Pharmacist at this location overthinks and underperformes. Several times we've been in to fill a Rx with a voucher. You have Rx from Physician that includes quantity, procedures to process for payment. Now - FILL THE PRESCRIPTION. It's pretty much all there is to it. 1st time took over 40 minutes. Next Rx is still unfilled after 2 trips and over an hour. We transfered to a more competent pharmacy.

Apparently no one knows what they are doing in this store. Michael apparently the manager is unhelpful and stoic. CVS needs to train their employees. They could not complete a simple return.

Sooo a PUBLIC establishment doesn’t have a Public restroom ?? that must be embarrassing on cvs behalf to be too cheap to not have a bathroom or the money to pay someone to clean the bathroom with all the inflated prices y’all are charging you would think the extra money would go towards a PUBLIC BATHROOM. Definitely will not be using cvs at all

I would like to point out a good Manager that helped me out today and explained everything to me that needed to be. I walked in there seen a price on an item and when it rang up it was higher. She took her time and helped me and got what I needed for the right price. Monique was very nice and helpful we need a lot of her around in stores❤️

This has the best pharmacy staff. Very considerate and understanding. I needed my prescription paper and was coming back from work, racing to reach on time. The pharmacy lady waited for me after close to hand me the paper. I will forever appreciate that act of kindness. Thank you!

I asked Ramon to help me find a product. He told me what aisle it was on but could see I was having trouble finding it. He stopped what he was doing and came to help! Above and beyond service from him. What a personable man. Thanks! I will be back to shop here again.

If you’re thinking of switching to this pharmacy, don’t. I switched due to location convenience as I just moved to the area. My prescriptions sent by my OB were partially filled…one script was not in stock or they were unable to order (still unsure what the problem was) and no one bothered to notify me. I then called and asked what I should be asking my OB for to get what I need- the woman I spoke to told me verbatim; I wrote it down with my husband next to me. My OB sent the script and it once again was not filled with no notification from staff, when I called to get updates I was told by the same staff member that I had asked for the wrong thing…even though she told me what to ask for.Then I had placed a refill online for another script, got a confirmation email on a Monday. Once again no updates so I call on that Wednesday, same staff member that I have been dealing with states there was no order or ever an order because the RX number was from my old CVS. So the staff is clearly comfortable lying as RX numbers are not store specific, nor would I have gotten a confirmation email for my script if it hadn’t gone through. Therefore my order was canceled with no notification from staff, also not in stock when I called about it. I have worked in a retail pharmacy during college and I know customers can be brutal about things out of the pharmacists’ control, but this service is unacceptable and none that I have ever experienced before as far as professionalism. Will not be returning.

This cvs offers drive thru service which includes COVID tests. These can be booked online a few days out.Inside is just like a typical CVS with a range of drugs and medicine to get you happy again. I highly recommend the cvs brand which is the same ingredients but cheaper than the brand name.

This store has come a long way since I first stepped foot in it! The employees are amazing, helpful, and attentive to the needs of the customers inside. The store is well-kept, and if they are out of something on the shelf, you just ask and they might just have it in the backroom! I love the new pick and pack ordering system them have too! I can order what I need, the employees go get the items and pack them in a bag, and all I have to do is go pick it up! This saves me so much time and is a great idea for those with small children, the elderly, or even those with limited time to run in and shop! This store also offers Covid testing through the drive-thru in the pharmacy! I didn’t have to get out of my car, just gave them my info and was ready to test and go home. The pharmacy staff are also wonderful if you go inside and meet them! Tiffany and Bridgette are the best along with all of the staff they have back there! Give this store a try!

Love shopping at cvs. Great prices and deals. I alway use my coupons and save a lot. I like self checkout and very nice staff.

This location has an entire photo booth area and a sign for Passport photos, but "can't take passport photos"....as they don't have a camera.They should either take the sign down or submit a notification to corporate. Honestly probably both.
