I ordered a pizza for delivery and received it with a BUG in it. I took a bite of a slice and immediately noticed the texture changed, upon inspection there was half a COCKROACH in my pizza. Here are the photos to prove it. This location clearly lacks pest control. I will be reporting to the food safety department.

You can tell when people rush to make your food because they have some type of service level to obtain. I asked for a "well done" pizza and it was horrible! It was mushy and not cooked well at all. Do you all have quality control or do the people that work there care less about quality? Just close down the whole location if y'all don't care about quality.

Not sure what's up with all the bad reviews. It's dominos, not a Michelin star restaurant.For what it is, a neighborhood fast pizza joint, it works. They've never gotten and order wrong (we've ordered from them on occasion for over 6 years), they are on time (most of the time!), and the staff is friendly at the shop. Not sure what more people expect.On my recent trip, the food was a little delayed (I ordered on the app) and the team in the store was apologetic and keeping customers updated. It was a college game day for Texas teams so this was not really unexpected. I was impressed to see the real time updates from the staff.
