"Clean and the staff is very friendly/helpful. In a busy area so getting out of the parking lot isn't always fun. They have a good amount of parking and seating inside. One of the better Dunkin Donuts to go to. "
"Something needs to be done about the morning rush. Between 7 and 9 AM. It feels like there are not enough employees. It's a shame because I pass by everyday and can't stop in because the drive through line goes into the street. I once was stuck in the drive through line here for 20 minutes. Something management needs to address soon. I come from the NY Tristate area where there are more Dunkin's than McDonald's. And those locations usually had much more staff that handle the rush better. It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to get through the whole drive through. Otherwise the quality of the food and coffee here is great. Thank you."
"One of the only location near by depending on which direction we are going. Definitely not an everyday event to go but NEVER been disappointed when I stop by."
"I come all the way from Irving Tx. just to get my coffee, I wish they had more of them. They people here are great though, so I don't mind the drive. "
"This is the best place to stop for coffee and breakfast they are fast and very friendly! I love it here I used to go across the street but I'm now a true fan of dunkin donuts!"

"I've tried this place a few times and they never cease to amaze me in their creativity in coming up with new ways to ruin the customer experience. Last week, my latte tasted burnt and so I ended up swapping it out for a regular coffee. They didn't seem very interested in throwing in a doughnut or something since regular coffee is less expensive. And then tonight I showed up for caramel turtle truffle ice cream, and they were out. Don't ask me why they left the sign in the cooler with a different type of ice cream behind it. When I asked if they would be getting some in soon, they gave a dumbfounded look followed by disinterest. The words I heard hear the most while visiting are "sorry for the wait." I think that sums it up. Sorry."
"This was the most bootleg, for lack of a better way to explain it, location.
They had no bananas for sundaes. They had no vanilla ice cream. They had no experienced people working, instead using a trainee.
It was a bad experience all around. I left with only my daughter getting a single scoop and me having to hand the employee my expensive phone to carry to another part of the store to pay.
I hope this is a franchise location and that you voting with your feet forces them to read, respond, and change accordingly.
I will not be back."
"Should have known when there were no cars in the parking lot in the morning that it wasn't the best. The food was alright but it took forever and I was the only customer. I think the guy that made my food was high. He couldn't remember what a sandwich was called..."
"Went on a Saturday morning for the 1st time. Drive thru was empty, man on taking order was really rude and had a sassy attitude. He sounded and acted like a 13 year old braty girl. He kept rushing me, and being annoying. Drove off went to Starbucks."
"Just came through the line when I guess I picked a flavor they didn't have. The woman on the drive thru mic rudely told me they didn't have that flavor so I drove off."
