I used to love the store. It’s still the best one in DFW. However, I just moved back to DFW a few months ago. The customer service at Park Lane has gotten poor. In the way that you have to wait at the counter to check out while workers visit back in the Sport coat section. Also, they used to keep lots of trendy stuff. Now they carry a lot of Psycho Bunny and Robert Graham but not as much Lacoste Polo Vinyard Vines or Brooks Brothers. Psycho bunny has become a more “urban” trend. I still buy it from time to time because of the quality. But, I don’t want to wear the same stuff the guys selling dope wear.

This is, by far, the best DXL I’ve ever shopped at. It puts my hometown store to shame. So much selection, great location, and a helpful staff. Shopping here was one of the highlights of my vacation.

I really love the smell of this store, and the customer service is always great. They have jerseys, jackets, sport shirts, and polo shirts. I'm truly thankful for finding this store sizes are definitely for big and yall, and yes, they are expensive. Remember you get what you paid for, so it's great quality

My very first shopping experience was really good! A VERY nice selection and well laid out store. The folks there were very nice and helpful to my wife and I while making selections and try-ons for myself and got us to and through with flying colors and comfy elaxed fit clothes for this Big and Tall Fella. A bit pricey, but in some cases it was to be expected. I highly recommend DXL BIG & TALL for that BIG AND TALL FELLA, LIKE ME, IN YOUR LIFE for clothes that you just can't find or hard to find at places like Walmart and Target. See y'all there ?

The last time I ever step into a DXL store after many years of being a customer. You have to do something about the lack of customer service of even long term employees. Customers are in the way as far as they are concerned; they interrupt and don’t care if you buy anything or not. Never again. Thanks for wasting a couple of hours of my Sunday afternoon.

The store always looks so clean when I go in there. The staff is super friendly every time. They always offer to help me find what I’m looking for. I recently went in for a new blazer and shirt. The gentleman helped me find exactly what I was looking for in 10 minutes. He was friendly too! Love this place.

Hey, if you are bigger than the average bear this place has everything. I am now at the lower end at a 42 Waist, 2XLT, Size 16. So they have everything from there to who knows. The staff assisted in getting a couple of items from their website shipped to my house. Thank you.

Every time I shop here, I leave having had a great experience. Paul has been there for ever and I think has helped me nearly every time I go. He always goes above and beyond!! Will always be a customer at the Park Ln location!

Overall, great selection in store. However, my boyfriend and I came in looking at collared shirts. We browsed around for about 5 mins. Out of nowhere, an employee came up aggressively asking what we were looking for and what specifically we were doing in store. My boyfriend answered him. He then explained where everything was and gestured at a sign that we’d already looked at as we were browsing through polo shirts. This whole experience made us uncomfortable and we left the store altogether. I hate we had to experience this and I hope no one else has to. Being racially profiled in 2023 is uncalled for and I really hope in the future that employees will be trained to respect every guest that enters the building.
