I don't know why every is so bitchy about this place. I've been here several times and always had a good experience. THEY'VE ALWAYS GREETED ME WHEN I ENTERED THE SHOP. I Always get good food, they are always nice to me and get me a sandwich quick.

Love this place! My favorite go to is the engineer. It is amazing and service is always friendly and kind. They are quick and polite as they bring your food to you. I always make it a point to.stop In when I'm near one.

The staff here makes me feel stupid, when I’m trying to order my usual. They don’t know common courtesy. They need to hire nicer staff members. Every time I come here I get treated terribly. Besides that the food is great. I would just rather take extra time to drive to a different firehouse subs.

I knew when we walked into the door I should have turned around, but I LOVE firehouse so we stayed. The employees working today were horrible, older African American lady and 2 African American men. They had a lot of kids hanging Around in the store (which later we figure is the lady’s kids) anyways . . I got the smoke house beef brisket sandwich the sandwich was luke warm some spots of the bread was cold no onions when I asked for extra onions. My gf got the Philly cheesesteak and her sandwich was half cold as well. Disappointed with this experience because it was as if the staff didn’t care it was literally a family hangout. One of the kids was checking the ice machine (as if he worked there) the workers were loud and unprofessional. They need to focus more on the food and customers orders rather than having a work hangout. One customer called cause he was missing a soda and they all laughed and joked about how he better get up and come get it because they weren’t taking it to him. They were Nonchalant when we bought the sandwiches to their attention, my gf refused another sandwich because she was annoyed and ready to go at that point. Btw. I am a African American woman this is not a racist comment, it’s real! I was so embarrassed uncomfortable and disappointed with the service today. I still love firehouse but will not be spending my money @ this location again.

Ordered online and had scheduled to pick up at 815 got there at 819 had to sit and wait for it to be finished also paid for two cookies and to add bacon to one of the sandwiches which never got put on and the cookies weren't in the bag at all we got a large and a medium sandwich which one was a small sandwich so they made more money off of me but gave me the wrong size and when I tried to call up there it says the number is busy have been here before and it wasn't great at all yet I figured I'd give the store one more try and they dropped the ball yet again from now on I'll drive the extra 2 miles to get to one that knows how to follow instructions that's why they are only getting 2 stars from me

It was my first visit to Firehouse Subs. I ordered the cajun chicken sandwich on wheat with jalapenos! Loved it! Fresh and delicious!! The cashier was super sweet. Order came out quickly too.

Service here is absolutely terrible. I'll just wrap it up real quick... don't go here. Cashier's name is Willie. Date of service 3.07.19. This place blows. *edit* In response to the owner comment... I've been here several times, and every single time has been a disaster. It's great that you're reaching out to those who received poor service and thanks, but I'd like to reinforce how consistently bad the service is here. You're not greeted when you walk in (very unwelcoming presence), and you're rushed through your order. It's incredibly displeasing when staff is rolling their eyes as they make your sandwich, but worse when they roll their eyes when you enter.

We had the absolute worst experience today at this location. My online order took an extra 25 minutes and the food wasn't even good. Everyone in the restaurant was waiting for food and most orders were wrong. No one seemed to care that we had been waiting for our online order for so long and we weren't even offered an apology or a free drink. At one point we were told it would be just 2 minutes, and 10 minutes later someone behind the counter yelled out to us that he was starting to work on our sandwiches. I mentioned that they were supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago and he mumbled something and ignored me. To top it all off, we didn't even get a receipt with the validation code to take the survey.

Firehouse Subs is my go to Sandwich shop... I was in the area and spotted this one. Firstly how long does it take to make a sandwich when there are only 2 people sitting down. Secondly the lady is RUDE with a bad attitude I have always received friendly service at all Firehouse Subs but wow this lady needs to get a job not working with the public. The only reason for 2 stars is the sandwich was delicious!!!

This place is soo soo soo slow making your order. There is just absolutely no sense of urgency here. I've come here for lunch and they couldn't be slower. I walked in and there are 6 parties waiting. I must have been waiting for about 20mins or more. The one I usually go to on belt Rd is soooo must faster and sense that people are here on a lunch break from work. Never will come back here. If you're coming here for lunch and need to get back. You will be late.

I am trying to share this picture of my salad I just got from them. Today is Tuesday 7/31/2018. I am at work preparing my salad to eat and there is a Monday label mixed in my salad. Great 3 weeks ago I had a health scared. So I’m really a lot more cautious of what I eat. I just love there sandwiches but this one each time I go. They never give me a pickle. Every sandwich comes with a pickle on the side. I know because I love pickles. And these freaking sandwiches. Me and my bf would go. The first think I look for is the pickle. I don’t have one but he do. So I have to take his pickle. This is upsetting because I can not take this back. Why I am stuck at work and after work it school. When I get out of school you are closed. ( please know I used the tone levels of 6 and 10) !!!!!!!

I love that they have different sizes of subs as the small size is perfect for me. They are very friendly & welcoming. The food is great & you get allot of it for the price.

Just went to firehouse subs, the service is usually great, but this time it was exceptional, Will was super nice and gave us some great service, the cashier Diane was also very nice and quick, plus the food was amazing!

I should have looked at the reviews before I went here. Only 5 customers in the restaurant and it took over 20 minutes to get one sandwich AND THEN it was wrong. Three people working so maybe it was an off day but don't think I'll go. New manager and staff, fingers crossed it gets better!

I work just down the road from this Firehouse location and have been coming here once or twice a week for over a year. When I first started coming to Firehouse, the owner/manager was there almost every time. The ordering service was pleasant enough and I usually got my sandwich within 5 to 10 minutes after ordering (depending on how busy it was). In the past few months, the employees have taken over the day-to-day operations. These employees are complete garbage. They do not care about you, your food, or your time. The change in service AND food quality without the employees being supervised is night and day. They either all need to be fired or have someone paid to just come in and make sure that they're actually doing work. After numerous less-than-stellar experiences here (ordered online and had to wait an additional 15 minutes after my selected pickup time; wrong orders; sloppily assembled sandwiches missing ingredients), I finally had an experience today that crossed the line and I will not be going back to Firehouse again. I came in a bit after noon, the store was not particularly busy. Somehow, it took THIRTY minutes for them to make my simple order (just a medium Italian sandwich, no sides or drink). This is completely unacceptable. There is no reason why 5 employees standing behind a counter can't throw together a sandwich faster than that. I ended up losing valuable time at work because I was waiting for these schmucks to get their act together. If I could give 0 out of 5 stars, I would.

It's unfortunate to have to leave a 1-star review for any company and this is not something I enjoy doing. My office attempted a call in order around 11AM for delivery yesterday. Spoke with David. I asked if they deliver to our location and he said yes, but it has to be a minimum of $100. I told him my order would include 7 sandwich orders all as meals (drinks, chips). He put me on hold so he could verify if they would still deliver. He got back on the phone and said yes, we can deliver it. We gave our order to David. After giving him all 7 orders, he wouldn't take a credit card payment over the phone and said it would have to be cash. He asked what time we would like the sandwiches delivered and we told him 11:45 - 12:00 would be great. A few minutes after 12:00, still no sandwiches, so we try calling and they picked up the phone and immediately hung up. Tried calling two more times and they wouldn't answer. So we called from another phone and finally got them to answer. I asked for the status of our delivery and he told me that his boss wouldn't let him deliver it!! No call to let us know. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. I can understand a delivery minimum policy, which is why I asked if we met the minimum, but don't tell me that you will deliver my order and then just not do it!! Management should step in and train their team members! Really bad experience!

I love Firehouse, it's so much better than subway. But today coming here to this firehouse, was just disappointing. I order 3 steak and cheese and 3 grill cheese, it was not good at all. My husband, brother-in-law and I did not finished our sandwich. When we got our order; first our order took long, And to make it even better the bread was hard and cold. My kids didn't finish their grill cheese it was packed with mayo and normally they enjoy it. But not all Firehouse are like this, sadly we are not coming back to this location.

My wife had always wanted to try this place. When she walked in, there wasn't any other customers. She waited a good amount of time. Finally two workers came out, only when another customer came in. He spoke way too fast not caring about how he is presenting the place or his job. Food was really good-Customer service wasn't.
