I got the Italian sub two days ago for dinner and have an extreme case of food poisoning. I haven’t been able to eat anything since and am weak, have chills and going to the bathroom constantly ?Oh and they also got my order wrong. I said no onions and they gave them to me anyway:/

Yelling manager and bad service. Would not recommend as orders are incomplete and give more time to inspect and verify order. Manager is horrible.

There is no greeting at all when we walk in on a Sunday night. When we were ready to order, I walked up to the counter and the young man was just looking at me and then down at the register, not a may I help you or anything so I said we are ready to order. He was mumbling so I had to ask him to repeat himself often. I ordered mac n cheese and I said no bacon but it had bacon in it and was charged $1.00 extra for it. I took most of the bacon off and was not going to argue about the dollar but it is just average mac n cheese and way overpriced. The lady who bought us the food was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The subs were pretty good but for a large combo and a small combo it was $33. That is extremely pricey. We probably will not return.

Excellent food! Loved the sweet and spicy meatball sandwich. Incredible menu overall. Great service! Definitely will be back!

Super nice employees. Had my birthday sub and it had to be used with an online order. I placed the online order and the person behind the counter let us know he had received it. When it was ready he brought it out to me and wished me a happy birthday.

Great sandwich and excellent friendly staff! We went for dinner 8/7/23 had the Veggie sandwich, chips & a drink. Probably the most delicious sandwich I have had in a long time. Very hearty and filling with fresh ingredients! Great value and the place was spotless ;) Did I mention the staff? Greeted us with a smile and everyone else that came in after us! Highly recommend!!

Cysco and Ellie were great. Wonderful service, fresh tasty sandwiches delivered to our table with a smile. Extremely courteous and clean atmosphere. Thank you for having a great staff.

On 06/21/23: my husband is sick and wanted a sandwich from here. I arrived at 10:15 am and waited patiently for the store to open at 10:30am like it says right now the door, but the women working, didn’t unlock the door until 10:49 am, 19 minutes after they were supposed to open PER THEIR OWN POLICY. By this point, there is another customer outside waiting to be let in. Then I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to receive my food after being ignored by the staff.TO MANAGEMENT: Change your hours of operation please. Do not ignore your companies policies and leave people like me out to dry. I will never come back here. So frustrating.

1. the team is great, courteous and professional2. sandwiches always look great3. Jamaican J*** Turkey - to die for. An absolute flavor explosion in your mouth that is unmatched. This was so good, I went back 3 times in one week. Tried it on wheat first, then white and decided I love it on white, it is still amazing on wheat.4. the brownies and cookies are amazing as well.5. The chili is nice, have not had the soup or salad.I am a convert. Was a die hard subway and jimmy johns, love firehouse now.Parking: shopping center parking - plenty

I wish there were more of these sub shops - the sandwiches and numerous toppings are epic! Have to make an effort to go here since it’s a ways from where I work. However, from time to time it’s worth the trip!
