"Bought a lifetime alignment from these guys @ $189 - with brand new tires at the time. I've been here twice since then and the service here is had. Since I've brought it here I noticed uneven wear in my tires. All my suspension parts are new, having been replaced by myself and inspected by a couple of ASE certified flmechanic friends before the alignment purchase. This time the tech named "Hale" did not have the printout readings for the pre and post work. Really? The advisor Carlos said they had "the printer out" of commission. Said no ink. He wanted me to check out and take my car without anything... or I could have Hale show me on the computer. I said yes, I want to see the readings. When hearing of this the attitude was bad Hale- was very unprofessional slamming my doors and cussing having to put my car back into the bay. 10 minutes later, the printer magically had ink and I got a full printout with color and everything. Very unprofessional shop with zero customer service."

"Called about 30 minutes ago to ask about getting an inspection and was told they could have me in and out in about 1.5 hours. Drove over to get the inspection done and was informed that their machine is down until the 10th...would have been nice to know when I called."

"Save your time people, I wonder how this location still I'm business, Carlos the advisor has a horrible attitude, even gave me a hard time to honor my 1 year alignment correction. They don't even carry Mobil 1, and they didn't even give a print out of the alignment, the machine was broken they said. I will never again go to a firestone period. I took my car to kwik car 3 miles away I I got my oil change done and transition fluid. Much better service and facility "

"There's incompetence, and then there's Firestone level of incompetence.
My car's steering wheel was off center so I came in at 12 PM for an alignment and wheel rotation and balancing (I already had the lifetime alignment package with them so no extra cost).
A couple of hours later I received a call stating that I was missing a wheel nut. When I returned and asked for the printout that shows the before and after alignment specs I was told by the lady at the counter that it was not printed - so I had no way of knowing if it was truly fixed. The lady said I could bring it back if it not okay but she drew a blank when I said it wasn't about the money as much as it was about convenience.
Okay, I'll trust them. I walked around the car and there was no wheel nut missing! And when I drove it the steering wheel was still off center!
These guys are lying, greedy people. They hold a monopoly because they're they only place close by. Bad quality every time made worse by a bad attitude. Even the Manager was on lunch break leaving no one in charge. Why this store hasn't been investigated by the authorities is beyond me. "
