I want to preface - extremely nice guys that did their best to fit me in quickly and that was appreciated.Long story short: Was visiting Texas from Oklahoma when my check engine light came on and oil light began to flicker. Engine started making the not greatest noise so I knew to stop driving. I take it in to this store and they inform me needing my oil gaskets replaced due to leaking, an oil change, and a few other maintenance things (coolant and whatnot.) while also mentioning a Rocker Arm replacement that is dealership only. I say, whatever will get me home, I will pay for. $700.41 later, my car broke down not even halfway home. Mechanic gets his eyes on it and said he knows from the initial issues there was deep motor issues (not the rockerarm) that was obvious from the initial request that was ignored and they squeezed out money they knew they can fix and get. Ran it by my friend that manages a Firestone else where and he agrees - they should have been more transparent and took advantage but nonetheless, I'm already out $700, and without a car stranded hours out with thousands of dollars ahead of me.Thanks, Dallas Firestone.Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Amazing experience. Charles, James and Michael took great care of me as a neighbor. I work across the street and they were able to accommodate my schedule and provided amazing service. They explained everything to me and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I will definitely be going back (hopefully not anytime soon).

My mom had a flat tire on her way home from work. By the time she was able to make it to Firestone on Lovers lane it was closing time. They stayed here well after closing time to fix her tire. We really appreciate Hollis Merwin and Joe Aiello for extending every courtesy to get her home safely.

I called them, described my problems to them, and they told me to bring my car in for a free courtesy check. Then I get there and they say I must pay for a diagnostic and there is no such courtesy check available. These people are liars. Stay away from them!

The review for this shop has been a long time coming. In Aug. of 2021 I came in to have this shop see what was up with a check engine light, concerned that it came on shortly after another Firestone location had replaced some engine sensors and gas cap. While this location didn't charge me for the Engine Diagnotic, they also didn't determine the cause. Luckily a different mechanic shop not affiliated with Firestone figured out the issue and replaced the "crumbling" component a couple of months later. Why such an obvious thing (according to other shop) wasn't noticed by the Firestone mechanic I will never understand.The time this past week though was a completely different experience. Ladies, be prepared to be asked if "your husband" has been able to approve any pricey repairs you need, and to be called "Hun".....Seriously I'm all for being polite, but the connotation there is insulting. I have no husband. No male is listed on any of my contact information, nor related to this vehicle in anyway.

I have used this location for 26 years. It was mostly good to great until a few years ago. We had some yucky experiences but the quality is back! The new manager James is super helpful, knowledgeable and responsive! And, the other front people are hugely improved in their training and knowledge. Thank you! I’m glad it’s bounced back!

I needed help with a loose skid plate after running over a concrete bump. I called Saturday night and was told they were open on Sunday and to ask for Hollis when I arrived. I got there close to 9am and Hollis was at the front desk. I explained my problem and told him that I also wanted to check for damage, check alignment and see if they could reattach the skid plate. I waited a little while and then Ben took a look and checked for damage and alignment. No damage and alignment was good, so he used zip ties to hold the skid plate in place since all of the screws were missing. Ben told me that the skid plate probably needed to be replaced and suggested that I either to a body shop or a Honda dealership. I thanked both Hollis and Ben for their excellent help. They were friendly, polite, respectful and I was very pleased with my experience. My husband has gone to this Firestone for years and recommended it to me. It's close and easy. I would recommend this Firestone on Lovers Lane. Make sure you have an appointment because these guys are busy! Thank you Hollis and Ben for an excellent experience; I really appreciated your help.

Service was quick. Associates really care and try to drill down to find the root cause of problems. Very thorough with repairs. I am very satisfied with their service and tire replacement and feel the vehicle was completely restored to factory specifications.I will definitely return if any additional service is required.

there was 1 tech and a mgr. the morning person was a no show , struggling to get someone else to have two tech on a Monday morning. Customer service was decent the promised to repair your car without help is grasping for straws.

I set an appointment for 10am this morning for an oil change and for them to look at my front driver side tire because it keeps losing air. I was waiting and I asked one of the people at 10:50am if there were almost done and he said they had just brought my car back to a bay. I sat back down because i understand they might have been a little busy. I then waited until 12:15pm until they even talked to me about the car. He said my rear two tires were bald and would not pass a state inspection and then proceeded to try and sell me on a whole new set of 4 tires (i get he might get a commission or something), but I declined and asked about my front tire because that was the problem tire to begin with. He said nothing looked wrong with it, just that they were low on tread. I asked about the rims and he said that tech did not find anything wrong with the front tire. I then paid and went back to my car. When I got in i realized the warning lights were still on and the psi in that tire still showed 22. I know I should have gone back in and asked them to fill it up, but I did not want to wait another hour for them to put air in a single tire. I then looked at the report they gave me and it says that all 4 tires were at 35psi and that there were no warning lights. I have attached a picture of the warning lights and where the psi discrepancy is. I also have pictures of my back tires and admittedly they are low on tread, but they are not bald. My frustration mainly comes from the time I wasted and being lied to about something that I could clearly see was a lie when I got back in the car. Why would they let me set a 10:00am appointment if they were not going to get to it at that time. Also, why would they not fill up a low tire...that makes absolutely no sense to me.10/10 would NOT recommendService: Tires

They truly cared about helping to get my problems fixed in the most cost effective way possible. They were clear and communicative throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond in addressing any questions I had, as well as thoroughly explaining any costs involved.
