I appreciate all the kindness at this location, but they’re were signs to practice safety and social distancing YET two of your employees a female at the desk (long black hair) and male that was working with said female wore their masks to be as protective as possible. The gentleman with black hair, white guy, chose to not wear his or practice social distancing (privilege I’m sure) but yet choose to sit within 3 ft of the female and customer who he can put at risk regardless of a vaccination as we all know from the scientific studies going on for covid 19 vaccine…ppl are getting it with and without vaccines…I just didn’t appreciate his response saying he didn’t have to wear it YET covid is still out and ALIVE with variations. Please @FrostBank have your staff all practice proper procedures and make the ruling across the board…I don’t want to visit a location where half the staff cares and the other half doesn’t . I’ll take my business to a different location until this is resolved and let others know to do the same…regardless of the “renovation”….

This branch threatened me saying if I didn't give them all my companies deposit and banking accounts, they would drop my business line after 3 years of perfect service and a flawless relationship.

This branch threatened me saying if I didn't give them all my companies deposit and banking accounts, they would drop my business line after 3 years of perfect service and a flawless relationship. Joel Doolen called to let me know that no where in any of my loan documents does it say we have to give them all our accounts and If I didn't change my Chase accounts to Frost, we couldn't do business together. This is all related to the covid issue and now they wont work with a company that has done more business yet again even in 2020. Even though my loan documents do not say they can legally do this, they then denied my renewal without requesting new documents for 2020 financials and based it on an illegal practice. They will try and suck you in only to drop you for something they never put in writing or required. DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM AS THEY ARE EXTREMELY SHADY WITH PRACTICES LIKE THIS.

I love Frost! I have banked with them since 2005 and have had great service. This location is so nice and I enjoy doing business with them. They also have notary services at this location.
