The kid wearing all black with his nose ring was very disrespectful. Didn’t greet me had an attitude. I get it. It’s a holiday and you don’t want to work but you’re getting paid to be do it. Complete horrible encounter. 1 star for sure

What kind of trash employees are y'all actually hiring!?! My order showed up incomplete, no power chord for the console I'd just ordered for myself. When I called the store to rectify the issue, no big deal right just a cord, I was told, and I quote "you're burnt dude, you get them like they come." and was hung up on. I've been a paying member of GameStop for 15 years now, and I'll never be going back or recommending their products ever again. You guys are trash people, with no standards, ethics or customer service. And whoever answered the phone, I hope you wake up in the middle of the night and step on Legos for eternity

Came to this location at 3:55 and was confused at the sign. I was not going to take a picture and post it but this is unacceptable. I do believe people are entitled to their break periods, but I do not condone the cheating of time.

Chris was very helpful at this location (hurst Texas). His customer service was superb. My son had purchased an item that was defective and he went above and beyond what he was required to do. Thank you Chris in making my son’s birthday great!

Called to ask about the buy two get one free promotion for their Pokémon Packs for our child's birthday. We were told by an employee named Ryan that they had 80+ packs available and that my fiancé and I could take all of them. My fiancé asked if they were able to price match and was reassured, by Ryan, that they do. We drove 40 minutes to this location just to be told that he had called his manager and that the deal can't happen and that we were limited 20 packs per person and that they don't price match at their location. When we walked in, Ryan was standing behind the counter playing with a toy and ignoring the other group of customers in store. Now, you would think that within those 40 minutes he would have thought to call and update us. Especially, since my fiancé told him that we were going to load up our family and head that way.

I walked in and greeted the guy working. Crickets. After looking around the store for what I wanted (I’m not a gamer and was looking for a birthday gift) I then approached the counter to ask for help. The flustered facial expression and monotone one word answers from asking assistance at their store was almost comical. Experiences like this keep people home and buying online.In addition to the staff members attitude I later found out that their recommendation was wrong.If I didn’t need this gift asap I’d have left and bought the game elsewhere. Two stars simply because they had what I needed.

This is nothing to do with the people that work here, they genuinely tried to help me. I walked in for a PS5 and GameStop will not sell me one without adding on accessories or a pro membership. I was ready to spend over $500 and GameStop won’t take it without trying to gouge me on more. Shop somewhere else.

I drove from Plano to this location. It was well worth the time and gas. Thank you Jose for putting my item on hold with out even asking. Very nice GameStop.
