Came here on a visit from out of state, selection is okay. Prices are ridiculous. $8- $12 for a sweater and they locked the public bathroom for “employees only” and put an out of order sign on it. 4.5 months pregnant and she wouldn’t let me use the bathroom.

Organized into category fine. No dressing room anymore. That’s half the fun of thrifting.

The staff is always nice to me! We cut it up every time. BUT Goodwill has to chill with their pricing. Like babes, you’re a thrift store. And like I said before, the staff is kind. Idk what these other reviewers are talking about. Maybe they were the ones with sour attitudes and the workers returned the energy they gave them??? ;)

Visited for first time as an out of towner. It's basic. High prices compared to my small town location. Just about everything is $8-9. Purses, shoes, long sleeves, short sleeves all $8. Certain color tag is 50% so you could get it for $4. I found a couple of clothing items but employee said there is no dressing room. So, I can't buy clothing without trying it on at that price, even half price. My local store is $4 for shirts and half price is $2. I guess in the city people are willing to pay more since there were quite a few customers so the pricing may or may not be of interest to you. Some pretty nice shoes I would have picked up had they been my size, though. I wouldn't drive far but decent place to check out if in the area, just know what to expect. It's clean and pretty organized. Didn't experience any issues with employees (I'm white).

There is no dressing room, but we were told by an employee that we could bring our purchases back and return them within three days of our purchase, so long as the tag was still on them and we had the receipt. My Mom and I purchased many items, took them home and tried them on, and then returned the very same day to return what did not fit. At that time, we were told that we could not return our items for a refund, but could only exchange them that day that we bring them in. In addition, anything we bought half off could not be exchanged (this was never mentioned to us). Very disappointed. The assistant manager was very nice and did what she could for us, but we feel very misled. I even, when first checking out, double checked with the same woman who had told me about the returns earlier, and she confirmed again that we could return our items within 3 days of purchase so long as we had the tags and receipts. We were given the managers phone number and will be calling it tomorrow.

These "employees" need to go back to prison. The state should needs to stop sending their trash to do community service to this location. I also got jumped in the parking lot just for giving them donations.

The employees are disgustingly rude. Laughing at customers and discussing the customers out loud. I wasn’t directly affected but I watched the behavior. Also the options at this location are lacking just customer the service.

One of the main ladies that works the counter is super racist against white people. And then to top it off eBay resellers have ruined the store.

It's the worst goodwill I've ever been to, the workers are very rude, I went with my service dog and they looked at me rudely the whole time I had to leave. Don't waste your time, there is a very bad atmosphere, they should change their employees and look for more friendly ones.

Small store…small & bad selection… rude employees….this store actually has too many employees…the day I was there literally one employee in a blue shirt every other aisle.Customer service outside of a basic greeting is nonexistent. Dallas area Goodwill just has bad stores….Texas in general has the worst selection of items & I’ve shopped in several cities here & states….just all bad in Texas.
