There is no customer service here. Everything I used to be able to call Grand Bank for, cannot be done with them “you’ll have to call corporate” is the answer to everything, and then when you call corporate, THEY don’t know how to help. They’re never open when other banks are open. Not to mention, I never received my checks from them when banks switched. I’ve let them know two or three times and each time I get a promise that they’ll be sent. It’s just the worst.

If you don't stay close to a branch, I wouldn't finance with the. The online payment process sucks right along with paying over the phone. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!

No customer service at this bank. Transfers never completed. You can not find a single employee that is courteous or understanding.Never anything without a fee.

Google shows they are open on Sat AM but the bank is closed. All banks should be open when customers need them.

Warning: Do not use this bank. It has nothing to do with the staff that got rolled over from Grand Bank. They are great people and always very helpful. No, this review is a complaint against the BancorpSouth institution. They do not care about customer service and offer no value to me as a business owner. Please head for open waters and leave this bank behind.

Dumbest bank in America. Rude manager at Dallas branch. These pple clearly dont want any business. FYI get a texas id before to go to this bank. I totally agree with the honest review of Mr Kent English. Dont waste time on this bank. They think you owe them if you open an account with them. There have no manners. When you say thanks they say um humm. Minorities get different spl treatment I assume based on my personal experience.

Worst bank in texas. I dont know who made Miss Sandy the manager. She is an extremely rude person. I filed a complaint against her. THe people there have a superiority complex.

Stopped in to get a document notarized and was informed that they only provide that service for their customers. Very close minded as I was a potential customer until then. No chance I will do business with them now.
