Living in a world of so much negativity, I’m so so Blessed to have met both Lettakaye and Drake today. If I can be honest, I was a little nervous to ask for help finding some pet turf because people act so bothered when you ask for help at their job ??♀️Both Lattakeye and Drake went out of their way to help me out and worked as a team to get me exactly what I needed. I didn’t have the best day at work, but these 2 really made my day. I’ve always had a good experience at this location but today was different. They were so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I’m grateful for allOf the workers but these 2 really made my day so much better. Continue to be the amazing 2 that you are!! I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this location and theses 2 people!!!! They definitely knowWhat they’re doing!!!!

Well, it's better than the HD at Skillman. Lotsa homeless here, but haven't seen any dead Fentanyl junkies in the parking lot, as at the Skillman store. Dump the big box. Go local, like Elliott's or Rooster.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ÀNYTHING FROM HOME DEPOT! WENT ON FRIDAY TO PURCHASE NEW WASHER AND DRYER UPON DELIVERY TODAY THEY COULD NOT INSTALL BECAUSE THEY FORGOT THE STACKING KIT!!! YOU GUYS ARE THE WORSE!

Pam from plumbing was great!! I am working on replacing my bathroom flooring & toilet and Pam was amazing in helping me all the parts I needed to complete my project. She even walked me to the items & showed me how it worked!! I'm usually a Lowes guy, but thanks to Pam I will br back to Home Depot.

Had a frustrating experience here, unfortunately. There was a large item that was less expensive on the Home Depot website for delivery/in-store pickup. I shopped in-store and put this item in my cart, assuming that they could match the online price. I was told by checkout and two people at customer service that I would have to order online and preparing the item would take an hour, or I could have it shipped to my house. Seems like a silly rule when they will price-match for other stores but not their own prices. My husband called later on to get better understanding and the manager was very nice and said that there wouldn't be any issue matching the online price in-store. In hindsight, I should have asked to talk with her before leaving empty-handed, but I'm not one to ask to speak with the manager. Also, I was frustrated after not having much help or even anyone demonstrate understanding that what they were telling me didn't make sense logistically as a customer. Hoping this review will help the team here to get the correct information and serve customers better and with a little more kindness.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of trying to shop at Home Depot and this locations Manager Jonathan, only to be met with disappointment and frustration. Despite their posted closing time, the staff decided to close up shop a few minutes early, leaving me and several other customers stranded outside, bewildered and agitated.This blatant disregard for their advertised hours is inexcusable. If Home Depot cannot adhere to their own schedule, how can customers trust them for any other aspect of their business? Closing early not only inconveniences customers but also reflects a lack of professionalism and customer service.I understand that employees have their own commitments and responsibilities, but that should not be at the expense of customers who rely on the store's stated operating hours. If Home Depot cannot manage its closing times efficiently, they should consider revising their hours to accurately reflect when they are truly available to serve customers.This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I am now questioning whether I can rely on Home Depot for my future home improvement needs. It's disappointing to see a company fail to meet such a basic expectation, and I hope they take steps to address this issue promptly.

Came to the store late at night as emergency as we were hanging my new t.v. into my living room wall, and we didn't have the right screws for it. The store was clean and organized. Plenty of parking and staff was super nice. Got what we need it and was easy to find as well.

This Home Depot has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have never had a cashier at any store let alone at a store like Home Depot tell me “I don’t give a F….”. If she was my employee she would be shown the front door very quickly. Eneida- time for a new job.

Anytime I have a home project or I need of some nice plants I go to Home Depot. They always have everything I need and great service on top of that. It’s always an enjoyable experience at the Home Depot

Rental desk guy erroneously told me I couldn’t rent, then later insisted I used half a tank of gas in about an hour and tried to charge me for it. Had to get a manager to correct both issues, but no apology or explanation. Nightmare experience. Felt scammy, avoid at all costs.

They’re either understaffed or no one in their staff works. They say that there’s someone else that’s a specialist and then disappear for 40 mins. It takes forever to talk to a single knowledgeable person at this store!
