Make your extremely rude store employees wear masks and enforce the law in Dallas regarding no masks no service!!! The 75211 zip code, which this store serves, currently has the largest number of Covid 19 cases in Dallas County. After 30 years and having spent thousands of dollars in your facility I will no longer shop in any of your stores.

apparently this home depot hires and protects racist individuals who feels the need to expose themselves to innocent women through social media. management has been duly notified, and have refused to give a response thus far. personally I'll never step foot inside a home depot again, and will strive to make sure that none of my friend group does either. Go Lowe's!!

The WORST of the WORST. Isles are crowded with product in boxes and no one putting it out. Don't use the Home Depot website cause they can say they have 30 of an item and have 0. Absolutely NO shopping carts, sanitized or unsanitized. The entrance is littered with trash and debris and the manager (if there is one) doesn't seem to care. I'm guessing corporate has given up with this location or just doesn't care cause it's in a challenged part of town and they figure the people have to have someplace to go. At this rate, Lowe's could move in the area and become an instant hit, higher prices or not. SAD.

It's always nice but I have a problem when you want me to wear a mask but your employees are not.

Walked in asked for help looking for a product, several employees walked passed as I needed help while they all played grab a** with each other. So without hesitation I opened several boxes of chain saw chains and laid them out on the floor. I had about 20 boxes open on the floor with SEVERAL employees walking by not asking if I needed help. It was 9pm and I was basically the only customer in the store. At this point I finally said f*** it and walked out with a handful of chains without the boxes. I waved goodnight to the crew at the return desk and with smiles they all wished me a goodnight, walked to my car with the biggest smile on my face because I was so frustrated that I couldn't find what I needed and now I have 20 free options to choose from, when I got home none of the chains fit, I ended up throwing all 20 chains I had gotten for free in the trash. I ended up rolling a joint and went to Lowe's high as balls, as I walked in Lowe's I was greeted by an elderly woman who was disabled in a wheelchair. She greeted me at the door with the best smile and asked if I needed assistance, within 15 minutes I was in and out of Lowe's with a product I was willing to pay for.

I appreciate this locations dedication to oak cliff. I normally try to shop local, but the people here are local and it feels like it. Mary in electric has a passion for her job and she reminds her customers everyday that there are people out there that care about you and your potentially stressful home improvement project. She helped correct more than a few problems and is extremely knowledgeable.

Great customer service by Mick back in the blinds. She made suggestions and cut down some oversized blinds to make work in a window that we've been having trouble finding in other stores. Go see Mick!

Now why in the hell is the white Santa Claus parked at the entrance of the store and the black Santa Claus hiding in the back?! Corporate should talk to the store manager about allowing the BLACK SANTA CLAUS greeting the customers.

We looked at full length mirrors but the inventory was limited and difficult to match up to the posted prices. In the end we went elsewhere for the needed purchase.

I came into this store frustrated after another horrible experience at Lowe's. I was very pleased with this Home Depot. I researched the part I needed online and located it easily in the store. Two workers offered to help me, which was nice, but I didn't need it. Self-checkout was quick. I had a problem with my debit card chip, but Lizzie fixed it. It was a great experience. I have a new home improvement store!

I came to purchase a sink/vanity that I picked yesterday from the same location. I asked 3 different people for help and they all told me they were going to send someone to help me get it and waited for 30 min . Nobody came. Never coming back to this location

I was stressed about returning a dresser I had bought online that was damaged and completely unusable. Thank you to the assistant manager Calvin for helping me out and letting me take all the dresser pieces to the store and drop them off for a full refund. Extremely nice and helpful, I really appreciate it!
