The prices and product selection are excellent. And, the staff, especially Marco and Tonya, are always friendly, quite knowledgeable, and helpful whenever I ask them for customer assistance.

This location was one of the best locations in Dallas! The aisles were clean and everything was easy to find. I've been to other locations and items were picked through and scattered around. The employees were friendly and helpful. The plus is that this location is less than 10 from my home. So many things to choose from and the prices won't break the bank.

Huge variety, except the good stuff goes quickly so can be the interior furnishing version of tinder irl. The staff is always happy you left and cell signal can be non existent, but definitely worth a stroll through for an hour or 2 on occasion

The cell signal situation needs to be addressed. Its a safety hazard when you cant reach anyone and they cant reach you either. For emergency and business purposes people need to be able to reach the outside world and be able to be reached also. There is also no wifi on top of this

Humongous store, not scattered with pallets or carts like other stores in the metroplex where you would have to constantly be careful of what you walk into if you're clumsy like me.

My first time visiting, it's was nice ,lots of Beautiful thingsI just wish they had more things / pictures with Butterfly. I did get a picture with Butterfly's and its Beautiful, but they didn't have them in gold. Customers service was very nice and didn't have to wait in line long!!! I will be coming back!?

staff seemed kind and they had some cute items but the bathroom (men's) was somehow one of the cleanest but also most poorly maintained i have seen. Both soap dispensers and towel dispensers were empty with simply two rolls of paper towels on the counter and a bottle of hand sanitizer???

This is for the park lane location.Ricky whom claimed he’s the store manager came off extremely aggressive, rude, unprofessional and unhelpful when I was trying to see what the store can do with a default stool. A stool was purchased for clients to sit on less then 30 days ago. Purchased date was 12/08/2022. I just opened my business a day ago. Business opened 1/2/2023. The stool was sitting off to the side until business was open. I had my receipt, tag and the broken stool.Ricky DID NOT refund my money back even tho I had my tag, receipt and broken stool. He told me I need to drive to the location I purchased it from and figure it out. I told him that location is far from where I live and I was on that side of town picking up equipment for my business that’s why it was purchased at that location. The business is closer to this location (park lane) and that’s why I’m here now seeing what they could do since their stool was defaulted. He then walked about without saying anything. With rude customers behind me yelling at me not minding their business it was extremely uncomfortable and unsafe so I starting picking up my receipt, wallet and broken spa stool he showed back up and said he can only do a gift card. Thinking to myself that makes no sense to me I wanted to get out quickly so I agreed to a gift card and that was NOT what I wanted. So now I’m stuck with a gift card and not my refund so I can take my business somewhere else.There’s so much more to this story. Overly disappointed on how Ricky handle the situation.Disappointed on the quality of the stool thought it was going to be great and reliable for business because it was solid and made out of wood.DO NOT PURCHASE stool item number 355863 for $69.99Hope this is helpful.

Just want to spread a bit of Christmas cheer. Rabat is the most helpful associate I have ever had at HomeGoods. Courtney also made for a pleasant and easy check out. Furniture selection was really good today as well as the Holiday decorations!
