The capitol Ave store service is very bad ESPECIALLY in deli, they don't know how to change price when something is on sale, not even the manager, WTF

Just had a prescription filled. First class service from Diana and Laura. Was in and out of there promptly. Great job ladies!

I understand why it's normally an automated system answering phones. Asked to speak to someone in the pharmacy and deeply regret it. Never in my life have I been spoken to, or rather bullied by someone in the healthcare industry like the person I just encountered. No need to get SO aggressive over an armor thyroid medication. I will be transferring my prescription immediately!

My review got taken down so I’ll repost, thank you. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lady that was the pharmacist on duty had clear anger management issues and shouldn’t be allowed to do anything involving customers. I pulled my prescriptions after having been with this pharmacy for years.

I don't go grocery shopping often because I hate it, so I normally do most of my shopping at Target even though they don't have a vast grocery department. I came to Kroger last week one afternoon (the week before Thanksgiving). They had a deal if you spend $100 you get a turkey for free so I said why not. While there I bought most of the ingredients I needed for my Thanksgiving feast but I couldn't find the cranberry sauce anywhere. After circling the store a few times searching for it, I gave up and decided to check out. As I approached the check out lanes, a lovely woman that worked there asked me if I found everything I needed. I told her no as I couldn't find the cranberry sauce. She told me to wait right there as she went to ask a coworker. He told her that it was the canned veggie aisle (which I had been down about 4 times). I started to go down that aisle to look and she insisted that she would go get it for me. Her coworker followed her to explain where it was located within the aisle, and she found it! I was so grateful! They both individually told me about the sale with the turkey (which I had one in my cart) which I appreciated. The employee who found the cranberry sauce checked me out and insisted that I wait to put the turkey on the belt to make sure I reached the $100, which I didn't make it and I was ok with that. I really appreciate the excellent service of both employees! They were both very friendly and helpful to me, and went above and beyond the call of duty.

This store has no management on site. What a nightmare. Go to Tom Thumb as I will going forward.

Lousy. Lousy. Lousy. Terrible Customer service. Rude pharmacist. Maybe she should do a career that doesn’t involve people. I pulled my prescriptions from Kroger and moved them to Tom Thumb. There are too many choices and too many hassles in life as it is to have to get the business from the pharmacist when I am trying to pick up a prescription. I suggest another pharmacy. There is one in every corner.

Horrible customer service. Your my pharmacy and you cannot even provide me with my own prescription history... I was told they cannot do that. Mind blown! Bye Bye Kroger - I will go elsewhere. Somewhere where the people who keep you working are appreciated and actually assisted.

5 stars minus 3 for a $hit attitude black chick voice running me off the phone by just hanging up b4 even fully answering if the Rx's I left a VM about were retrieved & SENT to my doc office."Yeah, the pharmacist is checking the voicemails now so they gettin' it." then click... The end.I didn't ask if "they gettin' it" which implies "they gettin'" ALL the vm's.It didn't answer if they were showing the 2 specific ones for my husband that I left last night, I asked if they were showing the 2 for the specifically named person I inquired about.I did customer service for 12 years (2007 to 2019) at a local compounding pharmacy. I get it, yer swamped. Everyone in the working arena is if they're doing their dang job proper! However, the 1 time I acted sort of like that to a patient & the pharmacist owner heard me, she wrote me up & threatened my job if it happened again. That says that $hit attitudes are NO BUENO! Capiche? The remaining 2 stars are for decent pricing with Good RX & for usually fast filling once started there!

Stopped by to grab some quick groceries and the store looks nice and clean. The parking lot was under construction and a little confusing, but the inside was normal. Everything was fully stocked, even the chip aisle which was a rare sight to see for me. They have good options with typical prices, just like every other Kroger that I've been to.

Currently standing here waiting for the Meat & Fish worker to decider that im worth her time. I even went so far to say, "Whenever you have time is fine." Which everyone knows is basically me saying "I'm ready." Still nothing - she's just going to keep scanning & basically watch me stand here for ... Going on 7 minutes as I'm typing this. All I want is some catfish fillets since every other fish is put out except the catfish which they have to cut for you. Funny thing is this isn't the first time this has happened with the same dang worker ...

Their pharmacy is always the best priced and always has my medicine in stock. The pharmacy staff knows me now and the drive through makes this location very convenient, especially with the heat we've been having!

I had an extraordinarily bad experience at my Kroger grocery store (Preston Trail location - 17194 Campbell Road, Dallas, Texas) on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 around 1:45 with the self-check out associate. For 25 years, I have been doing all my grocery shopping at this store - around $400-500/month minimum, so $5-7K a year...for 25 years. I went to the middle left self-check out (it was the first one that freed - all others were busy). While checking out, I put a bag of grapes (in a bag - UPC code on bottom, which I scanned). I scanned all items, and was about to pay, when the associate loudly said, "you have to WEIGH the grapes". She had been standing in the center end, about 15 feet away. "Okay, I didn't know" I replied. "I TOLD you FIVE TIMES!" She admonished. So, I put the grapes on the scale (I didn't have to do this the week before with a bag of apples). A 2.4 lb. Or something value came up, I continued to scan, then paid. While at my car in the parking lot, putting in my groceries, I hear a voice. This associate (and a second one) came out from the store to tell me I hadn't paid (I just spent $99 or so - you're welcome, Kroger). Well, she said the scale hadn't registered, so I "surrendered" the grapes. Is this how you treat a $400-500/month customer (over 25 years)? 1) if I couldn't hear her (why would I think she was addressing me? She was behind me), come over AND HELP! 2) don't EVER be sarcastic! 3) Don't chase a customer who just spent $99 to their car because you claim they didn't pay for $5 or so worth of grapes (if I dropped the grapes in the store, it would be "shrink"); 4) don't leave your post (where 6 or more customers could potentially not pay for much more). I have registered an official complaint with Kroger regarding this associate - I look forward to a proper response. Again, I have been going here for 25 years - the store and all (but one) of its associates are fine. But this single associate (female, long black hair, parted in middle, heavy-set - don't know the name) has really put a damper on my shopping here (or ever again). So, spend $100 on a single visit and...get chased out to the parking lot for (apparently) having a bag of grapes go through the scanner/weigh scale. It would have been better if I just dropped accidentally on the floor - "oh, that's all right, we'll clean it up" is the response in such incidents, typically. But, no, I'm a THIEF requiring two employees to accost me at my car in the parking lot and "retrieve the grapes!". Such valor!

No wonder this store has the lowest rating on yelp of all the krogers. Shout out to their bad attitude having employee tonya/tanya and the poor management who condones horrible behavior: Jeff/ Jeffrey. I ordered pickup because I had my SIX month old baby in the car: coke to find out they cashed me out before I even got to the Kroger and when I get there.. I'm ignored. 2 young respectful gentleman tried to help me and located tonya and let her know about the order already being closed out (meaning I'd already picked up my groceries WHICH I HADNT) I clearly stated I was 30 mins away. Tonya rolled her eyes at me when her coworkers stared I needed help and she turned back around and started talking to her other coworker. From there Jeff was notified and he sat there with this blank Karen look on his face. At that point he finally offered to carry my groceries to the car.. but it's like duh? I ordered pickup.. it should've been dropped off to my car anyway and I have my baby with me I can't carry anything. I SHOULD NOT HAVE EVEN HAD TO GET OUT MY CAR when doing pickup. Easy to say: baby we will never ever be back. I hope this store closes down & it's sad so many ppl would lose their jobs but clearly tonya and Jeff don't want theirs.
