Absolutely fantastic. I trained with a good trainer for 6 months and turn my health around. Thank you Olivia and Bree'Anna and the meal staff too! Also the locker rooms are in excellent condition.

Used to be a great place to work out during football games. Sadly, they no longer have local tv channels. Either that, or somebody in upper management absolutely hates the Dallas Cowboys!Steer clear if you want to catch a game.

Love this place. Great service. Good equipment. Good atmosphere. One thing that grosses me out is women sit in their work out clothing and tennis shoes in sauna. That can't be hygienic. Bizarre its allowed. But its a great place otherwise. And if you are conservative about your body probably even better

Nice place and relaxed! Love the steam room!

First class amenities, equipment, and classes and not to mention first class customer service. Phenomenal food in the cafe too. The broccoli and beef combo is the best in town.

I was a member of first North Dallas Athletic and then Life Time over a span of 30 years. The only good thing about COVID was it forced me to make a decision about cutting ties. LT is too expensive, and the dues kept going up. I could have paid for a monthly car loan! So LT, I'm done. As the club dues skyrocketed, the members stratified into entitled, self-satisfied SMU kiddos and the surrounding HP area. Let me an add that I am a well-paid attorney myself so no achievement envy going on here. There were too many pushy trainers and equipment hogs. Parking was difficult because of the humongous SUVs and super fancy pick up trucks that grabbed two spaces. I don't know why tiny HP women think they need to drive a vehicle big enough for an army. Anyway, I have a neighborhood club down the street from me in my lovely neighborhood with a nice cross-section of Dallas folks. The dues are half of what I am currently paying, and there is a pool. COVID has demonstrated to me how little quality time I spent in the gym. I am in better shape now with hiking, cycling, home weights (5 to 25 lbs) and YouTube yoga plus workouts. See ya - LT.

Great club. Convenient location.

Just wanted to update to say this club is doing a wonderful job with COVID precautions and have been since they reopened in May. I go to weekly training sessions with Lindsay Siegel and have had no issues. Everyone is required to wear a mask plus do temperature checks. The staff is vigilant about cleaning down equipment with medical-grade cleaner. In 5 months, I haven't heard of a single COVID case in the club. I'm decently paranoid about this pandemic but I feel safe here.
Bonus info: I highly recommend the Underarmour workout mask if you need one. You get used to it pretty fast.

This would be a 4 or 5 star review if management would take mask enforcement seriously. Lots of noses out, and quite a few people with just no mask at all.

Great staff and convenient location for me. The staff have been the best over time. Recommended.

Nice facility. Horrible management and customer service.

People need to quit crying about masks. Look if someone pulls their mask down to workout and it triggers you. You probably shouldn’t be going to the gym to begin with.

The staff members are friendly and welcoming. Lots of space to work out while social distancing. The amenities are nice and relaxing. I'm only about 7 minutes from the gym on 75, so the location is great for me too.

Wonderful place to workout as well as be employed! I enjoy the staff and the community of members, not to mention, the awesome facility itself!

It's my favorite gym of all times!

Lifetime is not following the mask rule. There has been a ton of people in the free weight section and on the floor not wearing masks. Management is walking around not addressing the concern. They have chosen to look the other way. Every time I ask the employees give me different answers. One has said: when you are walking between machines, you need a mask. When you are working out on the machine, you can pull it down. How does this help? I've addressed it twice and management "acts" like they are taking care of the concern.

Small compared to the other locations but nice setup while the staff is friendly and helpful. They have taken extra precautions to maintain a healthy environment during COVID 19.

Absolutely love this place! It feels more like a home away from home, not just a gym!

My membership has been put on hold. I decided to cancel that holds before the Covid lockdown. I walked into the club to cancel the membership in person. I was told to my face that I did not need to complete any forms. I walked out of the club believing that my membership has been canceled permanently. Now it is June and I am still being charged at hold fee. I need to be reimbursed for everything charged to me since March.

I went in today for my first workout since the COVID-19 shutdown. Thank you for listening to your customers and reopening! Please reopen sauna and steam rooms asap!

By not requiring patrons to wear masks and gloves it shows they care about making money much more than the safety of their clients. Very troubling!!! It will likely become an incubator!

I’m a college student who lives in Dallas during breaks. I wanted to sign up for LT, because they have a student plan where it’s $120 while you’re back for break (summer, winter, thanksgiving) and $15 to hold your account open while you’re away at school. Sounds decent right? Well... the guy who sold me the plan told me I was on the student plan, but it was the regular one. So, even while I was at school and not using the gym, they were charging me $120 each month. I called to cancel, and they said I had to come in and sign in person. What kind of business has such terrible customer service? I couldn’t even cancel over the phone. Once I canceled, they told me it was going to stop charging me. Guess what? THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN. I reached out and they said they needed 30 days notice. They couldn’t have told me this when they cancelled my account so I could take my card info off file?? This is some honest BS.

I like coming to this one, it always less crowded and the staff seem to be so much more professional than the one in Mansfield. They always have a pleasant smile when you’re coming or leaving. And their towel service is usually clean.

Lifetime is a solid fitness "experience". Notice I didn't say gym. I will briefly explain- Great staff, super classes, hoops action is always going, nice locker rooms w sauna and steam, plenty of cardio, and a very well run spa with experienced therapists and reasonable costs. It is however tough to get a bench, squat rack, or dumbbell during lunch or after work. There is also a lack of enforcement on the "throwing weights down" and "cell phone calls" on the floor that can be pretty annoying. Daycare is hit or miss. Sometimes you get employees that are very engaging and playful and then there are times when its full of 30+ kids and the "purge" is filming a childs version. I stopped bringing my son when they implemented a $15 monthly "kids membership" or something extra that was added on to my dues. Overall I would still recommend as it is clean and safe. I have never used a trainer here but I just like anywhere there are some very good ones and a few that take their clients through the exact same routine all day long. For pure strength training I think Josh is top notch and for a creative HIIT I like what David Kamali does. They did just promote one of the top guys I have ever dealt with Corben to GM so I will re-visit this after he has had a chance 30-60 days to implement a "hands on" approach. Overall Lifetime is a great spot if you aren't focused on just lifting- Like I said - great fitness "experience".
