Amazing customer service the people that work here are so sweet and actually helpful. We are Lowe’s people now and we hate Home Depot. The guy that works on the flooring has helped us so much and the products here are so much better. Hate Home Depot. LOVE LOWES FOR LIFE

Flavia, wonderful customer serviceMoe, wonderful customer service, enjoyed looking for those door knows.Sam, did not have good first impressions...don't know if she was stressed but talking down to a fellow associate especially in front of customers is no way being a good manager. Everyone else I came across was happy to help.

Wow I was at this Lowe’s when an associate not o i love you recognized me but then went above and beyond for me. When you’re going through stuff in life, he stopped really notice people. This lady was amazing. Fun helpful and made my day. I will be in loyal Inwood, Lowe’s, customer.

I've spent a lot of time at this Lowe's, and every time I'm here, I always encounter approachable, knowledgeable sales associates. After my visit tonight, would like to specifically highlight my positive interactions with Sheri (fasteners section) and Mike (doors section). I interrupted both while they were in the middle of other duties, but they took their time to make sure I found everything I needed, answered all of my questions, and were very personable. (Quite refreshing compared to other places I visit, where I'm lucky to get eye contact/acknowledgment, let alone customer assistance.) Highly recommend folks making this location their go-to.

They send me to this Lowes because I need a glass for my broken window. I drove an hr. And when I asked for assistance nobody wanted to help. When I spoke to the manager all he did was laugh, he literally laugh in my face. This has to be the worst experience with Lowes. I don't know why they even work here when they obviously don't want to help. The one start is only so that I could leave a review but it's a zero to me.

Measured for cordless blinds on 28 Feb 2023 for four windows.Purchased cordless blinds and installation on 3 Mar 2023. We paid several hundred dollars extra for the ability to lower the blinds from the top. This requires simple plastic sticks to reach the top.Blinds installed 23 Mar 2023. Lowes did not provide the sticks. Said they were backordered.Multiple calls and emails with Lowes April through Aug 2023. Each month telling us they are backordered and will be there in 3 weeks but they don't show up.An installer came to "install" the sticks on 23 Aug 2023. Installer assumed we would have the sticks.Installer tried to schedule the sticks "install" again for Sept 2023, but still no sticks.Lowes is not BBB member, so I cannot file a complaint there.I called Lowes Customer Service on 4 Sept 2023.Sticks now expected Oct 26.No reimbursement or any other remedy until after the order is closed after sticks arrive. I don't believe anything at this point.Lowes refuses to compensate me now or do anything to correct the situation other than keep waiting.I'm very frustrated. Not a happy customer.Update on 6 Sept 2023: Got what is probably an automated response to this posting asking me to call customer service again “so they can earn my trust back”, so I called the customer service number again. They didn’t have any idea about the automated response, and there’s no new information, so my opinion of Lowe’s continues to go down.

So we got our new fridge Saturday. Ice maker and water dispenser don't have enough pressure to work. They sent someone out to look at it, they said "well it was installed correctly so I can't help you". I tried calling the store, no one picked up. I physically went there and insisted on speaking to a manager. They said the store it came from has a policy where they can't pick up the defective fridge and drop off a new one, there would be a week or two lag time. This is because this Dallas store off Inwood, number 515, fulfilled the order, not the Frisco store where it was ordered. Total BS. The Frisco manager said he overrode the system and the pick up and drop off would happen the same day. I was relieved and appreciative of the service he gave me. Well, I spent another hour with Lowes on the phone waiting on the swap today, they were clueless. So the new fridge is coming today and they're not picking up until tomorrow. They're refusing to put the old one on the same truck. This is per their management, it's not a corporate policy. I wonder how they'd like it if they were in my shoes? We are moving into our house tomorrow and she's fine with us having a defective fridge in the middle of my house as we are moving in. I'm going to beg the delivery guys to help me move the old POS into the garage, out of the way of the movers tomorrow. Their service wouldn't even help with this. Done with Lowes. They won't get another penny out of me.

Today I had thee best experience at this location (Anthony the floors manager) was the best help from helping me find what I needed asap to loading my truck up to cutting my time spent at the store in half other associates were really friendly would most definitely recommend this location ps- thank you Anthony

I love Lowe's. The cleanliness, higher quality, design and variety of products invites me to go there more often when I want to remodel or renew something around my condo. When I just want to buy stuff to repair, fix, maintain, I go to Home Depot because it's closer.
