If I could give this place no stars I wouldfront desk people are rudethey never answer the phones and you cant leave a voicemail because the inbox is full.... i left voicemails everyday for a week to get medication and they never called back.. if that happens to you i highly recommend calling the admin office and requesting a callback or else youll never hear from them.they are not taking appointments due to coviddoctors dont care about patients.... if you have insurance take your business elsewhere. This place is government funded and boy do they act like it... its really sad because their job is to help people who literally need it the most.

I really do like metrocare you know a lot of people get the wrong idea about metrocare because they think it's just mostly mental insane people and it's not it's just people that some meet a little help like me didn't know I had some problems but they helped me working out pull myself together they give so much help financially they help with your social security to get that they help you sign up for your section 8 and housing you end up with a caseworker she comes out or he comes out to your house if necessary you have a therapist that you can talk to very nice you don't have to go anywhere to get your prescriptions cuz they feel prescriptions there that's another thing that I like about it oh and my primary care doctor is inside metro care so that's pretty cool too so I don't have to go too many places to get seen I'm basically getting seen inside one clinic

My only issue with this place is they hardly ever aaxas answer the phone, sometimes you cant leave a voicemail and when you do.....I cant recall one time they called back. I did a walk in and was there for over 4 hours waiting for them to call my phone to send me to the back (something about renewing my insurance). They never did. I waited, only to be told to come back the next day.....its a huge inconvenience. Again, this is my only issue. Other than that, when you can get the help, they do help.

They never answer the phones. Im always calling and no answer and need medications for my mother. Because of this covid-19 ant no doctors there. They call you from a private number. And cant call them back.

I've called several times and left messages and it's been a whole week and I still haven't heard from them and when you leave a message it says that they will call you back in 24 to 48 hours and it's another week and I'm still waiting and I really need my medication.

Unfortunately I have to leave a star to leave a review. They never answer their phones. A family member has tried to call for an appointment, and can't ever get anyone on the line. They don't call back from messages left in almost about every available extension. I had to take my family member to the facility, and it was the worst experience. Poor, poor customer service. Front service desk women have nasty attitudes, helping clients that have mental health issues.

Worst staff there can be they always have attitude and won’t answer good morning or nothing else I think there should change all the staff they are rude in the front hospital and in the back at the offenders program bad service, I would not recommend nobody to go there just because of the staff.And this november 27th they didnt order my injection on time now i have to wait till monday im a schizophrenia suffer

I'm not happy with the staff here they never ever answer they're phone everytime we go for blood work they make us sit down like forever and call our name to tell us the nurse lefted for the day and the nurse never answer your call i leave a message she never call me back they keep messing up me and my daughters medicine like right now my daughter haven't been able to get her medicine and now she's been having withdrawals and the pharmacy i don't care for it's really bad for us we going to have to do a wake in and I'm praying they see us on Monday.
