Grateful that they are here because my child has monthly psychiatric appointments and Rx. That said, there have been various frustrations over the past 6 months but nothing worth mentioning. Nice staff and physicians.

I will never recommend MetroCare. They failed my son when I called three times requesting help on their crisis line. I ask for a mobile outreach and was told they could not do that. To allow him to "wear himself out" and that once he went to sleep and woke up to see if I could get him to come in for help. This system failed despite all efforts on three + different occasions to get help in less than a month. No assistance whatsoever. Mental health laws and care need to change. And all MetroCare can say is we don't want the patient to lose trust in us. Well, the family that cares for the patient has lost all trust. No more.

Used to pick up my medication when I lived near here and the pharmacist were always helpful & nice. The front desk lady was super sweet and patient with everyone!

I feel like this place just likes to take people's valuable time and make them wait for no apparent reason. There's literally no one in the waiting area and I am sitting here writing this review waiting to be seen by a provider just to get a few prescriptions that a certified physician has already prescribed me but I am being told in order to get my prescriptions that I have to see one of their doctors..... doesn't make any sense if I have already seen a doctor why not fill my prescriptions?? No stars from me if it was up to me.

I have a little anger issue and I have nightmares at night, this place takes good care of me and hopefully I'll be all right, so if you ever have any problems, like most of us do, come check out Metro care, they'll take good care of you thank you.

We have been using these services for sometime now and I as a mother with a child using these services have not been impressed at all by their service. These people are not providing the care a mental patient really need. Their main conccern is or only concern is how many injections of meds they can give that can range from 1000 plus dollars and up. There is much more to say but if you can find some half or over half decent place for your loved ones to get care please find it because Metrocare does not care as stated in the the name "Metrocare".

the pharmacy needs to be retrained. i contacted them to call the LINET helpdesk and they didn't, they informed me that Medicaid, Amerigroup, and the doctor and the social worker called them and they are short of staff and they do not have time to help me in getting the medication cover. it has been 2 months of the pharmacy not doing their job. They do not care about BLACK PEOPLE AT ALL. i am going to call the news for coverage because I to work in pharmacy and i know have ran into this same issues and I called and got the patient their medications. JUAN needs to have compassion not be evil and hang up on someone that is speaking to him like a person.

My grandmother had to wait THREE hours and still did not get seen. Her daughter went up and asked "when is she going to be seen?" and was simply ignored. Then when they left, the front office (who were on their phones, texting, on Twitter, etc) told them that my grandmother was still going to be charged for the visit because she didn't show up. BUT SHE WAS THERE THE WHOLE TIME. I am so aggravated and would like to speak to someone about it but when I call at 4:00pm, there is NO ANSWER. You close at 5:00pm, at least I thought. This absolutely outrageous and a complete waste of time.

Dr Basit is The only reason I go here and I would feel like my World ended if she was no longer at Metrocare. I will be there as long as she is there.

The doctors are ok the receptionists are friendly and will answer your questions thoroughly.

This place was a very big help to my youngest daughter and even to myself as well. It was mainly for my daughter, though during the process of getting her the help she needed, I lost my mother from suicide and also had a very bad breakdown because of it. The lady who was dealing with my daughter also took her time to talk with me as well and she was very compassionate and helpful. She wasn't my doctor or counselor, just a really nice lady who took her time to listen and gave some positive advice and I took it. This was in 2014, yet I never got a chance to ever rate the place, so I'm rating now. My daughter is doing much better and of age now, married and living on base with her husband a two children in another state where they have him stationed at and she is happy. I still have my days ever so often, though I will say, my mental state of mind and depression has improved over the years. I'm doing better, yet always room for improvement, that's for anyone. Again, thank you and my daughter and I very much appreciate it. ?
