I was in a little frustrated because for a whole week both the Apple Store and Metro customer service both had me back-and-forth with a cellular issue I was having so I decided to stop by still thinking nothing was going to get fixed. As soon as I walked in, RAHIL was AMAZING! He was very patient and fixed my problem in 5 minutes! I wish I would’ve stopped sooner.
Every time I go RAHIL is always really helpful and patient. Rahil cares about his customers and cares about his job. Thank you for all your help RAHIL!! 👏🏻👏🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Do not give these people your money. The iphone se third gen was 100$ when i walked in. I had no idea lf the price. They dident have one when i asked for it. They had asecond gen. I bought it for 400$. Later on i found out i overpayed 300$ for the phone for the year priors model. They refused to take it back BECAUSE I WAS NOT A NEW CUSTOMER. Icalled corporate on them and lodged a formal complaint and corporate says im stuck with it becase the stores are owned and operated by individuals not metro. So no store credit. No help of any sort. So do not support these people. They will take advantage of your phone not working and and your inability to price check them. Iwas working woth sam whocalled his manager who told him not to give me a refund and all i wanted to do was get a nicer model and pay the difference. Horrible horrible place. I am now switching cartiers because metro is not on your side. I am a 10 year customer.

The morning of Dec 26 i visited this establishment. I only wanted to replace my $120 phone and pay my $90 bill, but was charged $340. The tall Indian male told me there's an "End Of The Year Giveaway" that includes a case, a screen protector, and the cheapest stereo in the store FOR FREE with a purchase of a new phone. I know how this sounds, but I couldn't believe it either. I took his word for it and was grateful for the "excellent customer service" until Jan 1 arrived and my phone bill wasn't paid. What did he charge me for? I thought the price of my phone went up, but it didn't. I should've known something was off when I asked me, "do you want to keep your charger since you already have the same charger?" Of course I want my charger. I PAID FOR IT. I've never had to question the integrity of MetroPCS until now. Maybe AT&T isn't so bad... FUTURE PATRONS: GET AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT!!!!! DON'T TRUST THEM.
