The reason I am giving 2 stars is not because of quality or customer service. It is because of the OWNER.I have been going to this branch for my juice for many months now and I hate the days when the owner is there. An elderly Asian lady who treats the staff like slaves. She is always yelling at them and speaking in a very bad manner. Just witnessed this same behavior again 2 days ago and I decided to write this review.I know this is a franchise, but I strongly believe Nekter has operating standards that all owners should abide by. If I see her speaking to the staff like this again, I will make it my duty to report her to Nekter company.Very Shameful...

Although these people use fresh fruit and vegtables, I would suggest you buy your own juicer. $17.00 for a large juice and $10.00 for a bottle of juice is not only outrageous....These people who own this place WON'T TAKE CASH. Please take notice, this is the way to slavery by the bank. Please so NO to "NO CASH"!!!!! For you and for your children!!!!!!! Boycott this business until they take cash also.

I’ve gotten the açaí bowl over 10 times, it’s really good. However, the same can’t be said for the customer service. There’s an older woman and pierced girl working there that have really bad attitudes and hostile energy. The literally walk away from attending to customers. I don’t feel comfortable leaving a tip. People are not obligated to tip anyways.

The employee that rang me up had an annoyed look on her face the whole time as if she was annoyed to take my order and surprised I wanted to order. And the smoothie I got was gross at that.

Nekter - 5 stars; great options, delicious recipes, healthy choices This place specifically - 1 star; mobile orders are never on time, staff is rude, I wish there was another nearby Nekter so I didn't have to go here

Had never been to Nekter before and wanted to give them a try. Downloaded the app from the link I received via text to “Claim your Free 16 oz. Juice or Smoothie” and went to the store to pick it up + some açaí bowls. The free juice/smoothie offer wasn’t showing up on the app, so I talked to the associates who then got the manager to help. He told me there was nothing he could do, that you have to wait “6 hours” for the offer to load on the app (???), so I’d have to come back the next day. The associates were very friendly (particularly the red-headed woman, I didn’t catch her name) but horrible customer service from the manager. Very bait-and-switch feeling — like it’s just to get you in the store so you’ll buy something. They got $32 out of me today, but I won’t be back so they lost out on recurring business. Disappointed. :/

Not the most impressive juice bar in the area, but nevertheless a tasty and semi nutritious option. Service is friendly and fast. Gotta say the smoothie bowls are super average. I got the Protein Power Bowl and it was lackluster, not to mention they could go way harder on the toppings. A pro is ya cant really taste any chalky protein powder. I'd recommend Bowldega or Vida Bowls for supreme acai bowls in Dallas.The smoothies are good but ultimately straight sugar guised as health (what's new). I got the Tropical Cooler and it definitely tasted fresh and not too sweet. Cant say anything from Nektar is fully worth, but i am glad I tried it once as I am an açaí bowl FIEND after all

I came after work one day after not having eaten lunch. It was so hot outside so the Acai Banana Berry hit the spot. It wasn't until I had already ordered that i saw that they had an acai bowl with mango, which I have never seen on a menu before, so now I have a reason to go back. I appreciated they they provide lids for the acai bowls in case you are taking yours to go.

Good, quick acai bowls. But acai is a little liquidy, I prefer it more like sorbet. But fresh, good fruit.

Absolutely a must if you are in Snyder Plaza. I had the Açaí Peanut Butter Bowl. Yummy!’ Plus it has tons of healthy ingredients like granola, cashews, banana and strawberries
