I took a friend here because he had always wanted to go. I had not been for a long time, so was willing to give it a try. The service was fine, but nothing else was worth it. The steaks were a low cut of meat and very expensive. The sides were chain buffet quality, with very little seasoning. You can do much better for much less money.

Never again and not because of the food which I didn't get to eat any of it.I used the Outback app to 'Call Ahead'. When we arrived I requested a table with chairs as opposed to a booth. I hate booths and rarely, if ever, sit in one. My feeling is I'm spending my hard-earned money why should I be uncomfortable. The hostess indicated that there would be a 10 - 15 minute wait. About 20 minutes after we arrived, the man in charge this evening (Jason) told us that the people at the table were paying their bill and we should be seated in about 5 minutes. About 10 minutes later, I asked if any progress was being made. Jason replied that they had paid but that he really couldn't ask them to leave. I get that so we waited about another 15 minutes or so and the table still was unavailable so we walked out.The point is, service establishments should set a reasonable expectation and NOT tell their clientele what they think the clientele wants to heat. You see, if I'm told that the wait time will be 15 minutes, I don't think it unreasonable to be seated within 15 minutes. If a restaurant is busy then I'm OK waiting a little longer (except when I have a reservation - then I expect to be seated within a couple of minutes of the reservation time). I understand that Outback is not fine dining but I do feel that a seating estimate should be reasonably close not 200% off. It's just not acceptable and my solution is to NEVER return.

Love their food !! Service was great. Kitchen mad a mistake but our waiter fully made up for it by keeping us informed and apologized. Great place for dinner for two or family. We were too full to try desserts but it's on our minds. F.Y.I Outback delivers 😉

Let me put it in Plain English this place is the worst steakhouse I ever visited in the US. The center cut steak is horrible piece of rubber comes on a plate with nothing yes nothing just a steak on a plate. The lobster and ribeye entrée combo is another horrible scenery.I will never go back again even for a free dinner
