My babies absolutely love the staff here and their Veterinarian with Banfield. They handle them with loving care and return them to me happy, healthy and looking Fabulous. The Coral Way location in Miami is Amazing also, my babies have enjoyed years of service there too.

Great store! Patrick was extremely helpful during my visit. The store was very clean and all the products were presentable and easy to shop. This store needs more traffic! It’s way better than others I have shopped at in the past. I didn’t have to wait in line and 3 people offered to help me while I was there for like 15 minutes. Got another toy my dog can destroy! Haha

I just got our schnauzer Bunny groomed at this location in Lakewood. Kailee was our groomer. Bunny is an older, very nervous dog and Kailee was patient, kind and did a beautiful job. I will definitely be bringing Bunny back to Kailee.

Usually a fun time! I almost always take my dog and she likes to get the treats from the cashier. This time she wasn't offered a treat and no one in the store was particularly friendly or helpful. Nobody was rude, just not very friendly.

Rude employees. I showed up a couple of minutes before they closed (not ideal, I know) to grab one bag of food and they wouldn't let me in. I showed Susan my phone and it was 8:58. She giggled and said it was 9 and they are closed. I even called and gave her a heads up that I was on my way and just needed to grab one thing. I called Corp to let them know about my experience and the guy said, "try again tomorrow." What happed to customer service!? They obviously don't need my business. So I'll use Petco & Rooster from here on out.

I have called this location back to back weekends to try to get our dog's nails trimmed and they are always short staffed and tell me RK come in during the week. We work during the week and have a hard time breaking away. They need to increase their grooming staff. You should be able to get your pet's nailed trimmed on a weekend. We will be taking our business to Petco.

Kayla groomed my dog this morning and she was PHENOMENAL! She clearly cared about my dog and took the time to do a thorough introductory meeting with us. I'll be coming back to this location just for her.

I stopped at a Petsmart location and purchased a top paw leash for around $10 during my road trip home from visiting a friend. Upon returning home I realized I no longer needed the leash and went into the Lakewood store location in Dallas near my home to return it with original receipt in hand as well as merchandise in original condition with tag on it. I was refused this return based on the fact that I bought it from a different store location, which is now hours away. I politely informed the manager that Petsmart's return policy states that you may return merchandise bought with receipt and a credit card purchase to any petsmart location according to the website and showed it to her. I asked why I was being denied and why she was not upholding company policy. I was met with hostility and interrogation as to why did I purchase from a store so far away. I asked the manger what that had to do with anything. I could have purchased it from a whole other state on vacation that's neither here nor there. I have my receipt and merchandise with tag and no longer wish to keep the item. She told me she was allowed to deny a refund for any reason or no reason at all. I am absolutely disgusted with PetSmarts lack of customer service, horrible business practices and the way I was treated. Had I purchased this collar from Amazon I could have saved myself the trip, public humiliation, agony and my money. Companies that allow their management to treat customers poorly only help put retailers out of business sooner. With all of the competition from online I can't imagine that customers would make another purchase from petsmart knowing they will go through stress and humiliation trying to make a return. I for one will never put myself in that position again if I can help it. I could have returned this leash with zero issues if I had just ordered on Amazon.

Banfield failed to treat my dog properly and she subsequently died at the emergency vet mere hours later. Their severely unprofessional veterinarian at the Lakewood (Dallas, TX) location callously called the next morning to let me know it wasn't her fault and began rambling on about my dog was "in great health" when she saw her. Not only has @banfieldpethospital charged me for the "services rendered," they're now forcing me to pay for the remainder of her "Wellness Plan." Please do not trust these people, they are only looking to make money. Please, for the sake of your animals, do not use Banfield; feel free to DM me for details.

Kaitlin in the reptile section is amazing very helpful and knowledgeable on her reptiles we bought a fancy ball python. You can really tell she loves her job and cares for the reptiles she is taking care of what a amazing employee.

Awful, horrible experience with grooming here. The guy that groomed my dog shaved him uneven and way, way shorter than we had discussed. My dog has been itching uncomfortably ever since he got home because some parts of him are almost completely bald. When I pointed the unevenness and shorter length, they were not apologetic at all. I will not be back and do not recommend this place

I enjoy PetSmart and the products they carry. However, finding assistance has always been an issue. I sometimes purchase the incorrect items and have to go back to do returns. Other than that... Great.

My little bulldog loves this place. The peoples are always friendly and good with all sorts of pets. Their selection is good and prices are what they are.
One of the few locations with an in-house clinic in case your little beast is needing some help with anything.

Come on guys. This is the second time in a week that I have been here and you have over 5 people waiting in line to be checked out but only one cashier. It can't be that hard to get some more help at the front. You obviously know that your customers are starting to get irritated and we all feel bad that this poor girl is up at the front alone with the big line. If also doesn't feel like the other works are helping customers that are shopping because I never see any associates in the aisles. Be sure to have plenty of time on your hand to stand in line at the cash register.

Their website says it's on sale at the store but they don't put those prices on the products at the store. You only get that price if you tell them that they have it on sale. How does it make sense when you have to price match your own company.

DO NOT GET YOUR FUR BABIES GROOMED HERE! Look at the photos I added of my golden and you will understand. I brought my 1-year-old Golden in today after I made an appointment for a Furminator brushing, bath, trim, and nail grind. I told the groomer it was my first time having him groomed and I didn't know exactly what to ask for, but that I didn't want his hair too short (I designated a 7 on their scale) and only wanted his feathering trimmed. I specifically said: "just trim his feathering. I want him to still look like a Golden!" Well, just look at the attached photos. I was shocked when I saw my dog. His fur was way shorter than I asked (which the groomer admitted he used a shorter cut to try to "even it out") and SO CHOPPY/UNEVEN. It looked like a small child found a blade and went to town cutting his hair. THE GROOMER COMPLETELY SHAVED OFF HIS LEG FEATHERING!!!!! BALD! The long fur behind my dog's his ears was still all matted up, and he didn't smell any better than before, so they clearly didn't even bathe him. To make it worse, the groomer tried to make it seem like it was normal. He told me, "this is what we do here." He also said, "well I've had to groom worse" in reference to his behavior. How unprofessional! Also, my dog came sprinting out from the holding area with no leash, no collar, and some girl chasing after him. These people are not professionals and have no idea what they are doing. The male groomer did not care at all about my dog or what I asked him to do. I am LIVID! The manager of course did not make me pay after she saw the grooming atrocity. She was nice enough and tried to appease me, but I still regret ever bringing my baby here. Don't make the same mistake I did.

My cat had signs of worms at 8:00 pm one night so in a panic, I searched for cat deworming on the website to purchase and pick up. I get it's very last minute, but I'm a panicky cat mom. I rushed to this location to first. The cashier said my order wasn't received yet. Ok I get that, whatever. We mosey as slow as possible to the aisle where it may be and it's all sold out. Not the first time I've come to a Petsmart for any kind of pet medication i.e. Flea drops, vitamins, etc, and they're just out. She tells me I can just "go to the Greenville location. " How about your useless self call the location for me so I'm not running around Dallas? We go back up to the front and she "can't find the Greenville location's number" and her personal cell is dead so she can't google it? She then asks a cashier who's checking out a customer if she knows the Greenville number, who says "Not off the top of my head." Oh no shit everyone. No store directory?? Really? Go to Pet Supplies Plus

I recently purchased EXPIRED puppy food from this store for a second time round all buyers beware of any pet store to check that all products are within date, this product really had upset my fur baby with nasty smelly diarrhoea. I returned it to the store for a fresh bag. No apology. No Refund. All I got was I don't know how that even got through our doors?! Hmmmm someone clearly isn't doing there job properly or rotating old stock for the new! Luckily I managed to help my pup without having the vets involved and this morning his stool is back to its healthy self. Just making everyone aware of my experience.
