We stayed here for our wedding night/ mini honeymoon. We loved everything! They knew it was our wedding night so they upgraded our room, gave us a bottle of champagne, and 2 drink tokens. The service is amazing, the room was very clean and nice, the bars and restaurant was amazing and the location was beautiful. The speakeasy bar made a delicious espresso martini and scouts was just awesome! We loved the games and bowling and the pool tables. The rooftop bar had amazing views and a beautiful pool. The 3rd floor pool was beautiful as well. The hotel was gorgeous and the people working there were all very nice and helped us with everything we needed. You really can’t beat this hotel! We will definitely be back! There were also plenty of outdoor seating places to enjoy the weather and the views! I will recommend this hotel to anyone!Rooms: Beautiful and clean!Food & drinks: The food is so delicious and the drinks were well made! Loved everything they had to offer!

The place is old school gangster. Seriously, The Statler is strictly for ballers...Food & drinks: Drinks are upscale cocktails with a good mixologist.Noteworthy details: The rooftop bar, Waterproof, has an amazing view!

There are a lot of options when booking downtown Dallas. It’s hard to know when booking online. We are so glad we chose the STATLER. The hotel is perfectly located for walking around downtown. The rooms were clean and modern. I loved the bathroom with a huge shower, nice plush robes, and great smelling soap. We had a corner room, and the automatic blinds were neat once they got hooked up the arms correctly. They do maid service daily if you want, and the housekeepers do such a wonderful job and leave a cute note with chocolates. My only critique is that they leave water bottles in the room but only for Hilton Honers members, otherwise you’re paying $3 USD for each bottle! I understand charging for the snacks, but for welcome water? Prices are clearly marked, so at least there’s no unexpected charges. There’s doormen, valet service at $55 USD/night. There is no other way to park on site other than valet. I did notice there was no automatic bellhop. I’m sure we could have requested it if needed. We did try calling down to the front desk but found there was always a busy tone, so perhaps more receptionists are needed.Otherwise, I would still stay at the STATLER again, whether it be for a staycation, vacation of business

Room wasn't vacuumed properly, hair in the sink. On the second day the digital key on the Android app didn't work in the elevator. Good location

Perhaps Dallas's most historic downtown. It was here that Tina and Ike had one of their trademark blowups. Before becoming "The King" a young Elvis Presley was turned away from the hotel due to lack of money. There is now a one of a kind suite that permanently bears his name. The building sat derelict for a decade or so and eyesore echoing of a forgotten opulence.Hilton, to the rescue, the renovation of the building, the restoration of its iconic mid-century aesthetic, and the reinvention of what a downtown hotel can potentially be this is the penultimate luxury hotel in downtown Dallas. With food, drinks, a comedy club, and even a built in bowling alley the Statler oozes sophisticated charm without being ostentatious or gaudy. The rooms are great, the staff attentive but not overbearing, and directly adjacent to main Street park. I cannot more highly recommend any where to stay in downtown Dallas.Walkability: In the heart of the metropolis no matter what mode of transportation you prefer it's all within a few moments walk

Beautiful clean room. Staff at front desk were kind and helpful. They give you a lot of freebies. I was given two free drink tokens for the rooftop bar, free water, free llama shaped scent tree that hangs in your car. Valet was courteous and very professional; they bring your car super fast unlike some other hotels. Just wish all food options for both room service and inside bars did not close at 11pm when this hotel is obviously geared towards urban young nightlife crowd. The speak easy bar below ground was private, reachable and the cocktails were good. The restaurant on site for the bowling alley was nice but they only had one guy working the tables on the NFC football championship night. If they had more staff they would have made more money due to some people leaving early. Ordered the spicy chicken but it wasn’t spicy. It was grilled chicken with spicy-ish little food inserts. But the seasoned fries were PERFECTION! I highly recommend ordering even just a side of seasoned fries.Overall gorgeous hotel and very comfortable bed and pillows. Rainfall shower was amazing and the soaps and lotions they use for patrons smell amazing. Will stay here again. Really loved the llama shaped scent tree. Kind of wish they would lean into the llama theme more. Makes for an unmistakably unique marketing experience.

Very misleading hotel. Paid for the extra full breakfast to be told upon arrival this only gets you $15 credit a day! The $15 affords 1 coffee and half a small side of fruit. Hardly a full breakfast and very misleading. You are also provided 2 drink tokens and told this cover coffee, alcoholic beverages, etc then when you redeem you're told oh "it's only for a bottle of water to takeaway ". Raised issue at reception and no solution offered.Sheets were dirty and the bathtub leaked. The heater in the room also drips water and rattles very loudly it sounds like a hurricane outside.Awaiting a reply from management to see if they resolve it but expect to be scammed re breakfast if you pay to inlcude it. Poor value and below a 4 star hotel. Gym Was well maintained. Parking $55 ++ , parking 1 minute away is $5 on weekends

I've stayed at the Statler Hotel in Dallas multiple times with my wife, and each visit has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we pull up to the valet parking, we're greeted with efficiency and warmth, setting the tone for a memorable stay. The staff here truly goes above and beyond, making us feel like valued guests every time. One of the most captivating aspects of the Statler is its nostalgic history, beautifully woven into its modern ambiance. The hotel's rich past adds a layer of charm and character that enhances the overall experience. The rooftop bar is an absolute gem, offering breathtaking views of the Dallas skyline and a vibrant atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. It's become one of our favorite spots to relax and enjoy a drink. As MMA enthusiasts, we're thrilled to attend the XKO MMA events hosted in the ballroom. The energy and excitement of these events add an extra dimension to our stays, making them even more memorable. The rooms at the Statler are spacious and thoughtfully updated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and contemporary style. The modern bathrooms are a highlight, boasting sleek design elements and luxurious amenities.Overall, the Statler Hotel in Dallas consistently exceeds our expectations, delivering top-notch service, unforgettable experiences, and all the comforts of home. It's truly a five-star destination that we can't wait to return to again and again.

Arrived to the Statler Dallas on 1/22/24 at 3pm and my room was not ready and the young lady at the front by the name of Michelle checked me in. She stated my room would not be ready for an hour and would I like to leave my bags at the front desk? So I allowed them to hold my bags while they prepared my room. Received a text an hour later that my room was ready and I went to the room to pull out items from my laptop bag and noticed my Ray Ban glasses were missing. I went back to the front and told Michell they were missing and she just looked baffled and asked if I dropped them somewhere. Well, I never took them out since this was a rainy day. Proceeded to speak to someone else about it. I spoke to Ms. Marjorie who was very helpful. I asked if they could check the security camera to see if anything was on the cameras and of course there wasn't. I said ok, but I'm looking and said well there's a blind spot from the time you took my bag from the front to the bag area that could have been missed. She gave me the Director of front office information-Cristian Orrego. I have called and left three messages to call me and I also sent an email and with no feed back as of yet. I would recommend any guest checking in whose room is not ready to keep your personal belongings with you during your check-in at the Statler Dallas.
