It is really very unpleasant in the way they treat people, on March 15, 24 around 12:55 noon I was in that place and I and my 6-year-old son had to witness the disgusting scene where an employee threatens a consumer with a knife wow, it is something very unpleasant to know that they have 0% tolerance for customer service,... wow it really is very unprofessional,... and I am not defending any situation, it is just that it is not ethical to take out a super knife big, to a client, I think there are more legal procedures for that...

My experience here at this racetrack has been strange. I can't believe that as I was getting a simple slice of pizza would anger the cook as I was looking for a slice that wasn't old. I used a spatula and followed the rules posted, a short Hispanic guy tried to tell me to use common sense to grab any slice because it was fresh. I thought he was either going to water the slices as they were dry or bring out something fresh. After telling him he should be cooking a fresh slice instead of arguing, he wanted to fight, as I left he was trying to take pictures of me when everthing is on film. Drink station dirty. Was out of coca cola at the fountain drink station and asked an employee if he could change it and he said yes, but did not and just stood there talking. What happened to good customer service.

I love race trac perks and lay out. This one has it all: Clean restroom and location, great service, frozen yogurt, great ground coffee and wide variety of drinks and snacks.

I never thought I’d review a gas station. I mean it’s a gas station… but I had such a positive experience with raven and the other employees at this location that it must be acknowledged.Raven (sp may be wrong, forgive me) helped me with a customer service issue regarding a gift card and provided immediate solutions, and while the situation likely created more work on her end long after I had left. she made the decision to trade her time for my customer satisfaction. Btw I didn’t even ask, she just has incredible store and brand loyalty. My office is on Addison road. From now on, this is the only gas station I use in the area. Loyalty should be reciprocated, and will.

The only thing I get here is free ice. I bring in my thermal and 2 extra large cups to fill up ice .

Absolutely horrible employee on the morning shift, and you can forget it if you try to go there after 12 in the evening because they close the store so no gas if you don't have a card. Dr pepper on the fountain was broken for 2 weeks just things like that show how much they do not give any concern to the customers .

They charged $175 as a hold on the credit card for getting gas. What? This is more than a typical hold at a hotel.

If this is the Racetrac on Trinity Mills and The Tollway, don’t buy lottery tickets here. The cashier with the long, artificially colored red hair is a mood killer. She literally said no one from that store is going to win the $1 billion Powerball. Me and another customer just kind of looked awkwardly. We all know it’s a dream but d*mn, does she have to be such a negative Nancy while customers just want to have a lil fun dreaming while spending money in the store? I only had one number and I blame her for the bad energy.

Can't yall invest in power washing? Race Trac makes too much money to have disgusting parking lots with dried spilled beverages cooking in the concrete in this Texas heat. It's nasty RaceTracPower wash your concrete.

06/27/2023. 2:45 pm. Place is out of supplies for the beverage counter and dirty as hell. Trash can overflowing. Cashier in a bad mood I said Hi and Thanks and the end and everything she said the whole time was “$4.85” and hard to understand. 2 other employees looking around like they don’t care about customer service.

9pm May 2nd 2023. The worker was constantly pre occupied on her phone, talking with friends. No welcome to RaceTrac, no hello, no good evening, no how are you, no eye contact. Just talking on her phone (loud speaker). I asked for a simple lottery. She went over to the lotto machine and could not use it. She did not say a word. Just smiled. The next customer asked her a question 3 times, she did not answer them. They just gave up and walked out. As soon as I left, back on the phone. 6 years of loyal service. I will never again visit RaceTrac. QT in future.

Everything I go for lunch the grill items are either under cooked or overcooked to he point you can't eat them. It's a total waste of time and money.

Close this place down and put a qt. Least they employees show up for work. Place is never open passed 10pm but say "open 24 hrs", when?
