I thought scheduling an appointment meant that getting there on time would mean someone should be available to meet with you. Guess not here. Had a 3 o'clock appointment and it's been 1 hour with still no one available to assist me. Idk what else to do at this point I can't leave because it needs to be done. I never leave reviews for places but i mean when you've been waiting for 1 hour i don't know what else your supposed to do.

I was so excited to be able to bank with regions again after being away for two years. I made an appointment and had the unfortunate experience of meeting with Helen Matthews. She didn't greet me. She pointed to her office and said "my office is the one closest to us." No people skills whatsoever. She's the Branch Manager and she should be aware that she sets the tone for branch. If she is leading a team you can bet they are unfriendly and lack customer service skills.

Despite of all of the signs on the their door, which clearly states, that they will, only be closed on XMas day, today is December 24th and they were closed for business. I even called their 1-800 services, and their greetings clearly mentioned that they are open for business today and yet their branch was closed. This is so super inconvenient, I am glad I don't use Regions as my main branch.

Sat in a line for 15 minutes after we sent our deposit through the tube and no one came. Had to continually push the button to get someone's attention...still waited.

We will never use this bank to finance a vehicle again. We went to a branch location 3 times after we married and I changed my last name so they could update my last name on the loan. The first time, it was never even attempted apparently. The second time, we were told it was being processed. The third time, they said I'd have to probably change it on the title once the car was paid off because they didn't understand why it wasn't updated??? We pay the car off and receive multiple notices that the vehicle is paid in full and instructions on obtaining the e-title from the Texas DMV. This is not true and the Texas DMV has verified that the paper title was indeed sent to this bank! The bank said we have to go and get the title ourselves??? So, we have to miss work to go stand in line and pay to get a title!!! Do not ever finance with this lender... ever!! The worst experience financing a car we have ever had!

I have been with this bank for over 10 years. I really hate this bank. I tried to get loan and they declined me twice. I am closing my account. Need a better bank. The hours they are open is sad. People works and don't get off before that time. And let me not talk about the weekend time and service. Really sad. Never again!!!!

Awful. Took 20 minutes to get cash at the drive thru. Comes back with $900 in twenties, another 10 min to get into safe to get 100"s. Chose another bank.

I've only ever had 5 star treatment here by the tellers! Professional and prompt service. I recently spoke with Mikki about my first loan and by the time I walked out of her office I felt like we were best buds! Fantastic banking experience!

absolutely awful service, managers are rude and pompous, only out to make their fees, God forbid you have cc stolen, with police report and affidavits, and video camera footage...YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR FRAUDULENT CHARGES WITH NO RECOURSE!!! Stay away from Regions!!!

Do not trust your money with this Bank, period. Their branches are nothing more than a gimmick and were incapable of telling me something as simple as why their fee for an ATM withdrawal at another bank was $5 instead of the $2.50 stated in my agreement AND that I was previously being charged. That's just for starters! After opening my account a couple of months ago and having been in my local branch multiple times (and having all of my deposits go through without issue) , my debit card stopped working and I had no access to my money . When I called corporate, I was told they could not give me any information as to why and that I needed to talk to someone at the branch. Upon rushing to the branch in the middle of the work day because they close their branches at 4pm , I found out that my card was shut off because they said that they had no copy of my ID on file. After spending 2+ hours for them to scan my ID and get it to someone internally (yes, two hours with 5 employees on staff and 3 or 4 other customers the entire time I was there ), I logged into mobile banking only to see that they had literally wiped my remaining balance to zero somehow in the process . There was a withdrawal listed in my activity for the full amount in my account which clearly I did not make from the waiting area at the bank. When I asked the branch manager about it, he pawned me off on a teller so that he could tend to other clients. After waiting longer while even the bank teller sat on hold with Regions corporate support for 30+ minutes, I was literally told "I have no idea why your money is gone, they couldn't tell me either, but it might come.back when they do their stuff tonight. All I know is they said your account is all set and everything should be working now" At this point I had to return to work and needed to remove myself from the situation before it escalated any further as I was heated at this stage. Upon calling Regions corporate this evening, I was informed that they had no visibility of that withdrawal and that I would have to talk to the branch to find out where the money went! Oh, and I was also told that my debit card was actually deactivated 2 days ago and I would need to order a new one.... I will let you take the above facts and form your own opinion. But in my opinion, you'd be better off using visa prepaid cards from Wal-Mart or stuffing cash in your mattress than trusting these guys to get anything right. Regions used to be a decent bank , but it is very clear that they struggling right now and habe become another nickel and dime cut rate bank.
