I booked a one night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. The experience was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are very nicely designed, clean and have a very comfortable bed! We stayed in one of the suites and it was truly perfect! The hotel accommodated my request for a little surprise birthday treat waiting for us in the room and they made sure it was all set up before we got there. Every single staff member was incredibly kind and professional (valet, front desk, butler, room service staff who took our order, room service staff who brought us our order and cleaning staff). Every single staff member we came across was exceptional! We will absolutely stay here again!

My stay at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas was outstanding. The property is beautiful, with a classic 1920s vibe that’s been updated with modern touches through recent renovations. It still feels like a historic estate but with contemporary comfort. The grounds are well-kept and impressive, and my room was comfortable and stylish.
The bar was a highlight, serving great drinks—the margarita was a standout. The restaurant delivered solid food with a good wine selection to match. Service was top-notch, from the valet to the staff, everyone was friendly and attentive. I’d highly recommend this place for a memorable stay in Dallas.

The whole staff at the Rosewood was absolutely amazing. Truly, good service is so hard to find these days—but this experience stood out so much, I had to write a review.
Several team members went above and beyond: Jessica, one of the managers, was incredible; Jaylen helped us get settled in seamlessly; Evan, the concierge, was fantastic; and Angela gave me the best prenatal massage I’ve ever had—and I’m on my third kid!
The restaurant staff was also exceptional. Everyone was kind, attentive, and professional. The room was spotless, and any time we needed something, service was fast and effortless.
I’m someone who usually has qualms, and I can honestly say I had none. I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. Highly, highly recommend. What an incredible experience. We are so grateful to have been able to come here!

Disappointing food options. The restaurant doesn’t open until 5:30pm or 6:00pm. The bar is going through renovations with very few food options. They have not thought through alternative dining options for guests. Given the price point, they should have considered the guest experience.

Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek is pure class — quiet, elegant, and effortlessly upscale. The service is dialed in, the food’s next level, and the whole place feels like old-money Dallas without trying too hard. Perfect for a reset, a power dinner, or a night that actually feels worth the price

Absolutely the BEST service from our poolside attendant, Frank. He catered to every need, made sure we always had fresh cold water, and was quick with all our requests. 10/10

We are big fans of the Rosewood brand — our first experience was in Munich, and that hotel was absolutely incredible. Unfortunately, by contrast, the Dallas property fell short of expectations. This was disappointing, especially since this is the original Rosewood hotel and one would expect it to be of the highest standard.
What we didn’t like:
• The front desk staff were cold and unwelcoming. It really lacked the warmth and hospitality we’ve come to associate with Rosewood.
• The pool area was poorly maintained, with lots of leaves and debris floating in the water.
• There was noticeable dust on the bookshelf in our room — clearly not properly cleaned.
What we liked:
• The bar on the property had great atmosphere — very enjoyable.
• The restaurant was quite good, though the pricing felt excessive for the quality of the food.
Overall: It was okay, but not the kind of experience that would make us want to return.

Rosewood Mansion has some very beautiful parts of the hotel and mansion, with some lovely trails a short walk away. The ambiance and decorations around the property feel refined and the staff was very helpful and kind with every interaction I had. The price of the rooms for the quality seems significantly overpriced, this should be a $300 a night hotel at most.
The food was okay, not bad by any means. The two things that annoyed me were the rooms were hot, I get it... It's Texas, but I shouldn't be sweating with the air turned all the way down. The other off-putting aspect was the smell; the valet area, the main lobby, our hallways outside of our room all smelled of raw sewage. Thankfully our room itself was fine, but it was so gnarly at one point I didn't even want to leave the room so I didn't have to walk through a sea of turd clouds.
I enjoyed our stay for the most part, but I will not be returning to this property.

This was my first time staying at the hotel but it won’t be my last. Overall impression was that the rooms and common spaces were not as updated as I was expecting but the service was above and beyond. We checked into our king room upon arrival and found it to be super spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was large with a giant tub and separate shower and I really loved the diptique shower amenities. When we arrived home from dinner that night there was a glasses wipe on the bedside table next to my glasses and tsa approved plastic bags in the bathroom next to our toiletries. The hotel bar was dark and moody with a fireplace. Had great vibes even on a Monday Night.
The gym had a wide array of cardio and strength machines along with a full run of weights and plenty of space for multiple guests to be working out at the same time. Breakfast in the morning was great. I loved the granola parfait and my girlfriend said that the avocado toast was top notch.
Really enjoyed my stay and will for sure return on my next trip to Dallas.

This hotel was VERY disappointing. We have been guests at many Rosewood properties and been very happy and impressed with our stays. We assumed this hotel would measure up to the other Rosewood Hotels, but it's hard to believe this is owned by the same group.
We arrived to our room which appeared dated and smelled of smoke. We were moved to another room which smelled of must/mold with a hint of old stale smoke. Areas of carpet were stained, the bed sheets were piling. We were shown another room, but it was the same. The A/C was hard to control so it was either freezing or hot. It was hard to sleep comfortably with the smell and the temperature and the uncomfortable, old bedding.
The hallway leading to the fitness center consisted of a thoroughly stained carpet that was actually really gross. So hard to understand why they don't replace it. Wallpaper is peeling in the hallway with a stained dilapidated screen/partition to try to hide it.
Service was just okay. Housekeeping was very late afternoon, Manager tried to be helpful about the too, but really had no tools to work with as all the rooms are the same.
Restaurant food was good, but atmosphere also tired.
We also had to deal with two “influencer invents” which
Monopolized the pool area and the lobby areas.
Generally speaking this hotel is stale and made for a stay where instead of enjoying time in the room, we endured time in the room. The worst part of it all, was it was over $1000/night and Dallas was sold out of all other luxury hotel rooms during this time, so we could not move.
I could not wait to leave this hotel.
*A side note: Our flight home was cancelled so we chose to stay at the Ritz-Carleton Las Colinas, and it was lovely. Topnotch service, refreshed rooms, spa, multiple dining options. Would recommend.
