PROFILING. I wasn’t hassled too much walking in myself but, I was amazed that the manager and staff allowed anyone to profile people at the door and ask questions like “what is your business here today?”. The audacity that some people were stopped and told to leave vs the people they ‘allowed’ inside.I got to see an older gentleman, get stopped and questioned by a 20 something year old security guard and another walked up as if they were going to arrest him for walking in. He wasn’t even sure why he was even approached or being asked questions NO ONE else in retail asks at the door like this. I get theft is probably bad but at what cost?Skip this place and go to a better store and i bet you wont get profiled like this, well, at least not at the door. The world is a wreck right now ?

Too few employees to handle paying customers. I waited in line for over 40 minutes. That's ridiculous! The store is completely cluttered. Watch your step!

It really sucks that this is the only Ross in the area. Walked in today and they have a weird system to let people in to avoid theft. Said hi to an employee and got a dirty look. Poor selection of items, always just feels dirty or something in here. I rush to get what I need and get out versus finding things I might like. Not a pleasant experience the two times I've gone.

Good value and can usually find what I need. Always a wait in line to check out. Go when you have plenty of time to hunt and wait in line.

The Loss Prevention followed my husband and I around, didn’t offer us any assistance. Its a shame because I spent over $100 dollars and got treated that way. Go to my place with better customer service, I certainly will next time. Be blessed.

Omg This place is always my go to for my out of town events. Thank you so so much for making me look fabulous for my Birthday Bash in Dallas Tx. I came all the way from ohio ancd got something for my entire family of 5 for less than $100!!! They all loved there little piece of Texas!! Great Store and supper friendly makes me cant wait to get back!!!

This is the worst Ross that I been on. The manager was really rudefull with a pregnant custumer. And the waiting line was terrible on Saturday with only 2 cashiers. I spent 30 minutes in line and I lost my work that day. I only was need it a shirt for my job. Plus everything inside the store was a mess and we can even walk.

Most Ross stores I have visited, but especially this one, have winding blockade to get to the registers. I suspect this is to deter theft, but I want to say it is tacky and inconvenient to walk through like a maze. When you arrive with a stroller, you are immediately followed by loss prevention. The stores are always disorganized. You can not find your shoe size in the correct section. The shoes are written on the bottom, tacky. Clothes strummed everywhere. It's not a great selection of underwear and bras. Two cashiers for twenty people in line. I just stop shopping at any Ross. No one wants to feel like they can not shop with their child. The prices in these department stores are ridiculous. It's a department store. The shoes, bags, and clothing are barely above average. Some things are even damaged when you get the items home, so why charge so much for the bare minimum.

I’m extremely disappointed with this location. I don’t normally mind the long lines because I recognize that staff shortages occur. However, they recently changed the returns line. I stood in what used to be the return area for 10 minutes and then was told that customers with returns now have to stand in the regular line. I don’t know the reason why THIS location chose to make this change but it’s extremely inconvenient. No other store makes customers stand in regular lines to return something. I didn’t have the time to stand in the long lines during my lunch break, so I had to keep the items and try to return them later. Super inconvenient and a waste of my time. The quality of customer service has gone down over the last year and it’s unfortunate.
