QWB is a dba for a shell station at the corner of Spring Valley and Coit in North Dallas. This station has been there for years and it looks like it. The main thing you will notice about this place is that it could use a good cleaning and a no loitering sign. It is dirty. The concrete by the pumps, the pumps themselves (which also have graffiti etched into them), and inside the store itself. Have a little pride folks, if not for yourselves, maybe for the neighborhood! The loitering at this station is an issue too. There are a lot of unsavory characters that are there a lot of times that are just hanging out. I don't get the impression they are drug dealers or anything like that, but it is always alarming when stations have folks that just hang out.

I went to Shell station @14040 Coit in Dallas Texas as I have 2 to 3 times a week for the last 10 years and was absolutely dumbfounded by the racist treatment I first received from an employee and then the utter lack of concern from Shell customer service.
