The review about Mary below is on point. I went in to get a perm, sat there three and a half hours. The perm didn't take to my hair. I've never had that happen. THEN she says "oh well that's why I was trying to tell you. Your hair over processed". WTF???!!! You don't tell me that AFTER the fact. THEN when I left, she still charged me for the whole perm! My hair was as straight as when I went it. She also tried to get me to sign an agreement saying theyre not responsible for any damages done AFTER the fact, not before. I said "why didn't I sign this at the beginning?" She said "just as long as we get it signed"! no. I was not signing that if you've been a hair dresser for 30 years and couldn't tell my hair was too damaged to perm!!!I was so dissatisfied yet I still had to pay the full charge!!!! Save your money and go to a nice salon. You'll get better results for a lot less!!! It says on the receipt "guarentee satisfaction"! If that ain't a lie idk what is!

Lady that did my hair, "MzMary" obviously has NO IDEA how to even do hair first off. Turned my hair PISS YELLOW. Had the nerve to rave about how "good it looked" when clearly that is NOT what i wanted. Smmfh. Then back doored and charged me TWICE for color. When all she clearly did was just bleach my hair. Smh should have known better by the looks of her. And she kept asking me how the girl did my hair before her. As if I know. I am not a hair stylist. Tf. ghetto af and would gossip about other employees in front of me. Smh. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I went here today May 5, 2016. I want to start with customer service... it was okay. Not anything above average. They didn't seem too knowledgeable about treatment for medium-length hair. They knew a lot about short hair, short cuts, and a little about coloring hair... I went in thinking I could leave with straight silky hair, but I didn't. I took down my saw-in (was in for about 4-5 months). I asked what I should get... a relaxer, flat iron, what??? And they decided to shampoo and deep conditioning it and hot blow dry it. I was told my hair was damaged and they could not put anything on it... :( So I got the deep conditioning. My hair does look better than when I first got there, but I dont have nice silky hair, like I wished for... Overall, it was an ok experience. I wish they had some more expert natural restoration stylist though. My total cost was $43.00
