If an establishment stops taking orders 30 mins before closing, it has effectively closed 30 mins early. Closing hours should, by all logic, indicate when the cash register is closed and there is no more business to be done. Apparently, that time is now a marker of when employees expect to be home.

The short girl with the dreads was cashier when I went today. Super rude & was on the phone with her friend the whole time while I was ordering. She kept mumbling and getting upset when I couldn't hear what she was saying. Won't be back

Place is awful.. I waited in line for 15 minutes just to be told they did not have what I wanted. One girl running the whole place and she was very rude and kept talking to herself. Find better workers.Update- came back today - 100% difference. Very nice man behind the counter made everything great!

I'm a huge smoothie king fan, but this location is terrible. Save yourself the time and the $10 and go somewhere else.

I am standing in here right now while being served. I came here because it's closer to my home. There is only 1 young lady working this morning. She is short physically and being pleasant. I walked in and said Good morning and she never responded. She kept doing whatever she was doing. And later came to take my order. A gentleman walks and there goes her smile and personality. I ordered a pub swizzle the bananas were over ripe so apparently she didn't care. Never said Thank you are anything. So to that young lady.. Brittany, next time please leave your attitude at the door or better yet don't go to work. Secondly, I Thank God that I'm not the person I used to be. The next person may not be as nice as me. If you only get entertained by a man walking in speaking to you then maybe you should change your attitude so you can attract a good man and not the ones that have left you bitter.

One woman completely ignored me. The other one comes out the back a few mins later and doesn't say anything to me, either. She pushes some buttons and just looks at me. No greeting, no "how can I help you" "what can I get you" - nothing. Just a look of "what do you want?" Super rude so i just left. Forget it, i dont want one anymore

Horrible service and rude to children. 20 minutes longer than what the app said and then rude to my son after she's seen us waiting there.

This was my first time ordering from smoothie king at this location. And it was chaotic trying to find. I attempted to call but they were busy so I’m guessing that’s why there was no answer. My bowl was delicious. But im leaving this review to pay it forward for anyone else attempting to try and find the location as well as parking. I advise you park in the parking garage and follow the signs that say visitor. I found a spot right by the elevators. Then you need to take the elevator to flower C. Make a right and follow the corner around and you will find the location. Street parking was super confusing and I drove around for 20 mins. With that being said I do believe that owners should make an attempt to make parking directions readily available. That is the only reason I’m choosing to give 4 stars.

I placed an order online when I arrived it was still not ready. I waited additional time which caused me to be late for work and they were taking their time preparing orders. I had to cancel and was told I would be refunded but it’s been over two weeks and nothing. The staff was rude especially the lady name Brittany. Oh not to mention I been calling and they NEVER answer the phone.

Says they open at 7, here it is 15 mins later still not open. When I asked the lady behind the counter what time they open I was told that they would be open in a little bit in the rudest way possible. Update didn't open until 7:25 , maybe Google had the times wrong. The lady was dressed like she was going to Walmart not work... very disappointing experience.

The most unprofessional experience and staff they lay around over the counters on their phones everyone has a rude I don’t care demeanor this will probably be the last time I ever purchase from here, the carelessness attitude makes me think the sanitation and cleanliness MUST be careless too. I’m paying high dollar for a smoothie to get worse than McDonald’s service. If I was the owner of the building I would remove this vendor.

Terrible service. On a Wednesday afternoon they weren't taking online or in-person orders. Obviously the owner needs to hire more employees. "I'm not taking orders right now because I'm too busy" is not acceptable.
