  • "Sonic was new to me when I moved here, it's essentially an old fashioned drive up concept. If you know the ropes, skip this review. The food is classic fast food with the addition of a variety of hot dog and extra shake and ice cream options. You order from your car and a car hop runs it out. Two things to note: you order when you're ready, so it's nice with little kids to get sorted, then push the order number. Also, it's good to have a dollar or two in cash so you can tip the car hop. They can run your card, but can't add a tip."

  • "Garbage. My co workers and I eat here maybe once or twice a week, and are disappointed every time. Normally I pick up food and drinks for them, sometimes I eat there on my lunch break. If you want a location that is slow, screws up your order every time, ride and short change you, this is the perfect location. First, I get a crispy chicken wrap for one of my coworkers, no lettuce, they give me grilled with lettuce. I get a sonic burger, no lettuce, extra onions, I get lettuce and no onions. Some times I go on a drink run for their happy hour. If i get a sweet tea, white coconut limeade and a cherry limeade, they give me an unsweetened tea with white coconut in it, and two regular limeades. Second, the staff of garbage. English is definitely a second language to them. I once paid for multiple times on one ticket with cash and card. A few weeks later I tried to do the same and the lady at the drive through took both, and rudely shoved it back to me and said "I'm not doing this, you pick one or the other." There has been many times where they short changed me, but one day I paid the guy $2.00 in cash and told him to put the rest on my card. He said no problem. He gave me my items with no recipe. So I politely asked him for one. He was hesitant. It took him a while to do so. He finally gave me one and I noticed that it had the full amount charged to my card. So I asked him if he did, and he looked at rudely, pulled the $2.00 off the top of the register and said "my bad". Every other location I've been to are able to take multiple orders through the drive through, except this one. 98% of their credit card machines in the parking spots don't work. Takes them forever to serve you and process your payments ."

All I want is that w nerds. So I got the strawberry fresh fruit slush w nerds. I will say that I actually got more than 3 little pieces of nerds, which is how all the garland locations do it and still charge me extra and I get no nerds. But the slush had barely any fresh fruit and other than the few pieces I got, there was no flavor to the slush. Why is it so hard to do a fresh fruit strawberry slush and actually put the strawberries in it and add a lemon slice w a splash of lemon juice. The price I'm paying to not get what I ordered, I think sonic cam afford to give away a lemon slice and a splash of lemon juice. So $7.77 for 1 small and 1 med drink and the custard wasn't evn thick. It was more of a milkshake. "

  • "5 months ago I gave this place 3 stars because the service was so slow. Today I ordered and paid with a credit card. Shortly a lady came out and said they had no onion rings. Looking at the screen, i briefly got a glimpse of my order price decreasing a little less than $2. When my order arrived, I noticed the car hop had $1 in her hand. My thought, I'll let her keep the change as a tip. She put the $1 In her pocket, handed me my order and asked if it was ok. I responded, it seems fine and waited. Nothing...   • "This Sonic was awful! I ordered coffee with an add in of pecan praline, creamers and Splenda on the side. Sounds pretty simple, right? It was delivered to my car 20 minutes later. (There were only 3 other customers there) The car hop brought me the coffee with it spilled all over the cup and the lid, no creamer and 2 packages of sweet and low. I requested creamer to her verbally and Splenda. She said she didn't feel like they carried that but she would double check for me. She came back to my car 15 minutes later and told me they don't have creamers for coffee and she had 3 different packs of sugar in her hands and asked me which one was Splenda. I drove around to the drive through window hoping to speak to someone more familiar with their job... I waited an additional 10 minutes for someone to notice me blowing my horn and tapping on their window. That employee was very sweet and she gave me 5 creamers and 5 splendas. I pulled up to pour it into my coffee. The coffee had chocolate in it, carbonation and it was cold. I threw it away and left. This place was absolutely horrible and I wouldn't recommend it to any one in the world. Don't pull off the interstate to get anything from here!!!"

I asked for a receipt and the request was ignored! I ordered a meat and cheese breakfast burrito and the cook completely RUINED my order! I could not double check for confirmation because I have NO RECEIPT! I have called this store literally 10 times simply to confirm the actual preparation of the order, and i have yet to receive an answer! This was my last time giving a DIME to this store! ✌🏾"

  • "Have gone to this location several times. They have issues with health regulations. Instead of using the scoop for the ice the cups are used which is very lazy and poor health code standards. So beware when getting your drinks from this location. Cause think the cup is touch when they get them out of the sleeves then when putting in hanging dispensers and once again when the go to fill drink order. That is the purpose of the scoop now they have spread germs and bacteria in the ice."
